Lovely produce, but every time I shop at Kroger I get MAJORLY frustrated and it's not really about this location. Clipping the digital coupons is a royal pain. Saving money on groceries should not be hard. Neither Walmart nor HEB make you use an app to save money. I need to stick with stores like those.

This is a very well stocked Kroger
The employees are always so nice. I love the folks they have working grocery pickup
They are always fast and friendly.

Title: "Great Finds, Mixed Feelings"I recently found the products I needed and overall had a positive experience. However, I couldn't help but feel a bit underwhelmed when someone was assigned to watch the self-checkout. A little friendliness goes a long way, and it would be great if the staff member in that role could bring a more welcoming vibe to the process. Despite this, I appreciate the convenience and selection the store offers.

HORRIBLE. Curbside order and if they do not feel like working, they won't! Every excuse under the sun from systems down to short-staffed. The GM here needs to be terminated immediately!

I want to specifically thank KB, manager for the pickup department.I scheduled an Instacart pickup. When I was on my way I had a family emergency come up, and couldn’t pick up the groceries. I called Kroger and they kindly offered to keep the order until the next day, closing the order on Instacart so it wouldn’t be cancelled.When I came to Kroger to pick up the order (went inside to make it easier) KB personally met me and took care of bringing it to me. When he was putting it in a cart, he noticed a bag of cold items was put on the unrefrigerated shelf by the Instacart shopper. He told me he’d take care of it, and he walked through the store quickly and replaced the spoiled items.He did all of this with a smile and amazing spirit. This wasn’t his problem (it was an Instacart order), the cold items spoiling wasn’t his or his team’s fault, and he did not have to be so friendly early on a Sunday morning. But it was on of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. KB is a credit to this store, and a great guy.

DONT WORK HERE! Working here is horrible the management is horrible they don’t care about their employees it’s either you do what they say or leave the communication with them is very off they will promise you hours and not give them to you they will lie to you about policies and they are very two faced if you try to express your concerns for certain things they’ll take it as disrespectful and that goes back to saying if u don’t do what they say they’ll just tell you to leave rather than trying to help and understand

I recently used the Instacart service for Kroger pick up, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being the first in the parking lot and checking in promptly, my order was inexplicably delayed. While I patiently waited for 30 minutes, two other cars received their orders without any issues.Frustrated and confused, I decided to go inside the store to inquire about my order, only to discover that it was still waiting to be picked up. It's disheartening to see such a lack of coordination between the Instacart app and the Kroger associates.To add to the disappointment, upon reaching home, I realized that my entire order wasn't properly stored. The beef had changed color, and the juices were not adequately cooled. This negligence in handling perishable items is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of service.Overall, my experience with Kroger pick up via Instacart was marred by delays, miscommunication, and poor handling of groceries. I hope they address these issues promptly to ensure a more reliable and efficient service for their customers.

I like this Kroger as it's in a good neighborhood. The staff is friendly, and they have a good selection of products.
