As others have stated, the speed and service has declined significantly. I will not be back!!

I pick up monthly prescriptions for my dog here and every single month there has been an issue. Sometimes only half of the prescription is filled upon pickup and today I called to make sure the whole prescription was ready and was told yes. When I arrived neither one was ready at all. The lady working the drive thru was very sweet but there is a major issue at this location.

Very professional and they care for people who are suffering and don’t judge.

I seldom write negative reviews. So frustrating today! I am at the Frisco Kroger Legacy Frisco pharmacy now Sunday at 325pm. Teresa declined to help me with my prescription. I really needed help and she declined to fill it.

As a scientologist struggling with her faith, I was really upset you guys weren't open at midnight. I didn't want anyone from the church to see me buying:Budesonide (Entocort)Hydrocortisone (Aquacort, Cortenema, Hydrocort)Methylprednisolone (Duralone, Medrol, M-Prednisol)Prednisolone (Omnipred, Orapred, Veripred)Prednisone (Deltasone, Rayos)Balsalazide (Colazal, Giazo)Mesalamine (Apriso, Delzicol, Lialda, Pentasa)Olsalazine (Dipentum)DiarrheaSulfasalazine (Azulfidine)Ciprofloxacin (Cipro, Proquin)Metronidazole (MetroCream, Metrogel, Nuvessa)Rifaximin (Xifaxan)Vancomycin (Vancocin)I had to deal with the shame of filling my shopping cart at 3 PM with all these drugs. Now everyone's gonna write me up for my sins. I thought because David Miscavige mysteriously "went missing" I too could be incognito about this. But no.

Would rate 0 stars if able to. If you enjoy waiting in line for over 40 minutes matched with terrible customer service you found the perfect pharmacy for you! Switched to Walgreens on Preston Rd and it’s a night and day difference!

This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The last 4 times I’ve tried to pick up my prescriptions they have not been ready, although I’ve requested specific dates and times online or receive texts that they’re ready. I’ve been told by the pharmacy to not use the online refill because it doesn’t always work. Well that’s a huge issue that needs to be fixed and not inconvenience people. Today I go in and now it’s a system issue preventing me from picking up my prescription. Beyond tired of multiple trips INSIDE, because the drive through is NEVER open. Transferring my prescriptions ASAP

This by far is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. The first time I had my prescription sent to this location, it was closed despite having the business hours posted as open at 10am. They finally opened up at 11 am. I requested my prescription and was told it wouldn't be ready until 1:30. Mind you, this location is a far cry from busy. I'm not sure how they can justify a 2 and a half hour wait. I let it go, and just chalked it up I to an unfortunate mishap. So, I decided to give them another try a month later. My doctor called my prescription in to this location once again, so I decided I would call ahead of time just to be sure I'm not waiting around like before. I called and the phone rang for a least 3 minutes before anyone answered the phone. As soon as the representative answered, I was immediately put on hold...no question... just "please hold". I waited on hold for another 5 minutes before the phone was taken off hold, and began to ring, again. I needed my prescription because I was going out of town; so I continued to stay on the line. Finally, someone answered after another 5-6 minutes. She checked on my prescription just to tell me my medication was on back order and I would have to wait until Monday. Monday is President's Day...I won't be able to get it then, either. I've never had this kind of trouble at CVS or even Walmart. I would've been more understanding of the back order issue, had the customer service been at least in the vicinity of decent. Lesson learned... I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Not sure what happened to this place. Older reviews seemed good, but I’ve tried this pharmacy three times and will not be returning. The first time I came at 6:30 PM to pick up antibiotics called in at 8:30AM. After waiting thirty (yes 30) minutes in line, I was told it wasn’t ready and go come back at 8pm when they close. While I was waiting in line, I saw three people behind the counter searching through baskets stacked on one another looking for peoples prescriptions as they came up to the counter to ask for their prescription. No one was served in less than 5 to 10 minutes. There does not appear to be a logical system for what they do with prescriptions when they’re filled. This leads to a frantic search through baskets every time someone comes up. Other times it’s 10 minutes on the computer before someone finds out they may or may not be able to get a prescription. For some strange reason I decided to try this place again today, and have had plenty of time to write this lengthy review while waiting in line yet again while my dairy products warm up to spoilage temperature waiting for another prescription. It’s 7:30 at night. My prescription was called in at 10:30am. When I called about it at 1pm, they hadn’t processed it yet. I was told yet again to come back at 8pm to get it, which must be what they tell everyone. There are 6 of us in line, and it’s not moving. Hopefully it will be 8pm by the time I get to the counter, and hopefully they have my medicine.Do yourself a favor, save time, and fill your prescriptions elsewhere while they sort out what went wrong with this place.Update: I got to the front of the line. This is not a joke or exaggeration. After telling me to come back at 8pm and waiting 25 minutes in line, I’m told that the pharmacy doesn’t have the medicine the doctor ordered for me in stock. Neither does any Kroger in the area. Could this not have been mentioned in my phone call earlier? It took the person 30 seconds to tell me this.

This pharmacy has gone completely down hill, they used to be so great. The past few months has been horrible; the wait times, no drive thru, prescriptions taking days to get filled, no one answering the phone or hanging up on you but last week was the worst! We were given someone else’s medicine! When we brought it back they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. It was the wrong name, a pill not a cream, male not a female. The lack of basic knowledge is shocking. Time to find a new pharmacy!
