I absolutely adore this store, there’s always so many cute monogrammed items and holiday items. Andrew was such a great help when I called in for a replacement, I placed an online order as well and the employees got to it so quickly. They bagged all my items with care and I was impressed by the quality of service provided by everyone here! The traffic at this location is heavy but the employees attention to detail and customer care make every experience a great one!

The staff wasn't very pleasant. I asked him a simple question, and he shot me down with an impolite reply. I continued to be civilised because I am a polite person. I get it. Not everyone's had the same upbringing, but this is business. And I am not going back to Kirklands again. I'll take my money elsewhere to spend on home decor items. Very unprofessional staff. Not recommended at all.

We ordered few home decor from this store and they turned out awesome with quality. The prices are high however they have sale sometimes. The store doesn’t attract much crowd may be due to its lack of sale items or the higher price. The store has numerable amount of home decor in stock which attracts the customer. Overall happy with this Kirkland store.

Kirkland's Home store in Frisco, Texas, is definitely a Christmas home decor one-stop shop for your holiday home decor needs. They offer a great selection and great prices for the uniquely beautiful holiday items.I purchased the two most beautiful wreaths from Kirklands Home store inFrisco, Texas. I absolutely love my selection. * I recommend Kirkland's for all your home decor needs.

This is a GREAT place to grab some beautiful home decor...for you or for staging your home to sell. It's one of the small hidden gems I love to tell my clients about because most people run over to At Home for these needs. But here is where you'll find some more unique pieces that not everyone has.
The staff is also super sweet and out of the way. I hate it when a sales person follows you around the whole store.

We just moved to Plano Texas, so my husband has been visiting Kirkland's quite a bit to find decorations for the home. Throughout the years the price has gotten more expensive but they do have good decor for the home. Three star is for the price, they used to be much cheaper back 10 years ago!
