Rude, uncaring, lazy, lazy , lazy ,lazy , staff... They don't acknowledge you when you enter or pay for things in front of the register. Clearly the management has no desire whatsoever to hire friendly or competent staff. A bunch of teenagers looking at their phones and staying away ignoring customers and not eager to help at all whatsoever. This is the most disgusting environment to shop as the staff is rude!!! Hopefully another manager can come in and start over and hire new people and actually care about business and customers!!!!

I mean... Hallmark is definitely overpriced. Especially when I get the same exact stuff online for cheaper. It's great for ideas though and definitely helpful for last minute shopping that you couldn't get anywhere else. The lady at this store is also very friendly and helpful.
