We drove over a hour and a half fro East Texas to visiy here ad a few other places. Jason was friendly and helpful!! They had both RETIRED sized pieces we came for. I also bought a 3rd ring. Higly recommend!!

I usually go to the James Avery in Frisco, because it’s a little closer to me than the one in Allen. However the staff in Frisco are not as helpful and friendly than the ones in Allen. I am a regular customer and I go in ever so often. I usually run into this one staff member in Frisco, her name is Michele, I haven’t had the best experience with her. I came in recently to the Allen store, they told me their wait times were extremely high due to charm promotion. I went to the Frisco store afterwards because their wait times were lower, I explained what I needed service for, she told me to go back to Allen. I felt that was very rude, and not welcoming at all. I will probably continue going to the Allen location instead of the Frisco store moving forward.

On July 11,2024 I arrived at stonebrair to purchase three rings. The associate that assisted with my purchase was Gloria. I wore the rings out of the store, the same night that I got home I noticed that the rings I just purchased had scratches on them like they had been previously worn before. I work everyday and usually have one or two off days a week so I had not had time to return the DAMAGED RINGS THAT I RECEIVED until July 18 which was my next off day from work. I went into James Avery to return the rings because of the scratches I noticed on them. I was again assisted by Gloria, she stated to me that I had been wearing the rings and they have to be returned back in the “original” state that they were purchased. I politely told her that I work everyday and had not wore the rings for them to look like that and that I’d like to return them as well as I could show her my work schedule so she knew that there was no time for me to wear the rings being that my job DOES NOT allow for ANY jewelry to be worn while working. Gloria insisted that I wore the rings and that’s why they were in the condition they were in, implying that I was lying about the rings being previously damaged. As a LOYAL customer who has been shopping at James Avery for years I feel disrespected, and disgusted with the poor customer service, the attitude, and the choice of words used by Gloria. Whoever is the manager at this store needs to assist Gloria with learning what customer service skills are and how to treat loyal clients. I definitely won’t be returning to this store in the near future. Good job for losing a loyal customer who ALWAYS spends lots of money Gloria. I’ll take my business to Prosper!

So one of my daughters charms came off of her bracelet I went up to the store to ask what can they do about it because it should be a guarantee that the charm stay on that’s what we’re paying for and she said that I would have to just buy a completely new one. I know she works for the company so it’s really the companies fault, but I totally disagree with that. I think if charms fall off, there should be either half price or some type of coverage if it’s been less than six months because the employees could’ve made mistake

Walked in with my husband looking for my belated anniversary/Valentine’s Day gift. No one spoke to us, not even looked in our direction. No one approached anyone in the store and looked like they were helping anyone. I understand it was a busy Sunday but I have worked in a busy jewelry store before and this was not it. Another store in the mall got out business. Will not be back to this location.

I went in looking for a gold Spanish style ring. (The one with the birthstone) I was met halfway through the store by an employee. He asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for the display with the gold rings. He directed me to the front of the store. I pointed out that they were all silver, and he said that was all they had "for me." I went back in later that evening with a friend so she could purchase a necklace. I found the entire display case. By then I already made my purchase at Nordstrom.
It was very frustrating, as the recipient wanted James Avery.
2 stars, because my second trip in, the lady who helped us was super sweet, and accommodating.

Liliana Is seriously the best. Not only is she so sweet , she’s super attentive. Awhile back, She offered to remove the sticker on my sisters ring and polish it for her so it wouldn’t be sticky. I came in to pick up my bracelet and she also helped me put it on.

Beautiful clean store with friendly staff. I love the quality and variety of their jewelry. They have a great selection for all genders. Gloria helped with with our purchase and was just a ray of sunshine.James Avery offers complimentary polishing on all their jewelry. 10 item limit per visit.Happy shopping!

Me and my S/O went for a Valentines present for me - a golden bracelet. It was pretty crowded but also expected on a holiday. Despite the busy time - still were helped in a timely manner and staff listened to my requests ( couple things had to be adjusted ). Over all great customer service, only wish they had a little bit more stock in gold !
