Dropped Defender at 10am for jammed door which is a manufacturing defect, followed up for an update by 2pm-no answer. Called many times after but there was no answer. Finally a person picked my call at 4pm and I was told the car was not touched nor checked for the issue. Took the car back from the service center. Am not blaming anyone but please respect customer’s time and effort too.

Service great. They always see me quickly for any issues (doesn't happen a lot by the way).

Last 2 times I’ve been in for service have been prompt, courteous, excellent communication provided and also kind. Most recently, Jorge, my service advisor, addressed and took care of all of my concerns and went above and beyond, even washing my Rover himself!

Just had my Range Rover serviced at Land Rover of Frisco. They managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday despite a glitch with the booking system which showed I did not have an appointment. Very good work and my vehicle came out shining.

One of my better dealership experiences. Very helpful and was able to locate a vehicle equipped with everything we were looking for and even more. This was key for me they did not force the add on packages and were able to pick only what we wanted.
