Land Rover Jaguar Frisco went well beyond my expectations in all areas of my customer experience with the purchase of my vehicle. Alisha in sales was absolutely amazing and Lee who oversaw the final documents signing made everything so seamless and hassle free I could not have asked for more. As with all car purchases there are nerves involved and fear of the unknown but with Land Rover Jaguar Frisco they have the customer experience down to a science. As someone that has specialized in international customer relations for Delta Airlines for over 30 years I know what is expected to attract and foster customer retention. Trust me when I tell you that Land Rover Frisco makes this a key part of their core values. Everyone is nice and friendly. I could not be happier with my experience with Land Rover Jaguar Frisco.

Screwed me over royally. I've put up with shoddy service, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability with this dealership in the past, but this most recent event has severed any chance of me doing business with them ever again. We paid $3000 for a warranty and were told to just contact the dealership if anything went wrong. The windshield cracked and we contacted the dealership and they never reached out. I called and they said they would file the claim with the windshield warranty company and get back with me. They didn't call back. I reached out again and they told me the warranty people wouldn't talk to the dealership and I had to file the claim. This was not true. These delays put me outside of the reporting window for a valid claim, so my claim was denied. They eventually relented and agreed to pay for a little over half of the cost and the dealership has made no effort to make things right, expecting me to pay the shortfall of over $1000 .

This Land Rover service center should get the worst service award if it exists . Since last two years , every time I relied on them for servicing my 2018 Range Rover Velar, I have had bad experience , but today was the last straw ; 1. Last year when I dropped my car for servicing , I specifically asked them to check the battery health because I keep getting "low battery" earning, along with They confirm, everything was checked & all's good. I come home to a battery low warning. I go back the next day to be told the battery needs replacement ( apparently it was good 24th a aho when they checked ) 2.Six month ago, I called them to check about a nail in my new tire & was told it will be taken care of as part of road hazard coverage. I was given an appointment , asked to drop the car. Next day , I drop the car & later after 4-5 hrs they call to let me know that they don't have that particular tire & that they didn't check before. They waste my entire day only to tell me at the end that it will take a week to order the tire & replace it. 3. Two months ago , the bumper trim in front comes loose and falls off . I'm told it's a common problem it happens all the time but since my warranty expired , I need to pay $1k to get it replaced/repaired. I pay in advantage so that they can order the part, a week later I go back to drop my car after the part has arrived , only to be told by end of the day that they ordered the wrong part . But they temporarily put the "wrong part" until the right one arrives. I go back after a week to find that they did not order all the parts & only fixed it partially . Finally after 4 visits and lot of confusion , they completed the job . 4. Soon the part starts to get loose after a week & I'm forced to go back . This time they tell me it's because the front grill ( plastic) to which it is attached to , is broken. It was not broken to begin with , clearly they broke it while working on it 4 times and they claim it might have broken due to "some other impact" but not while they were working on it. Ultimately I was forced to pay $350 from my own pocket for the part which they broke while trying to work on the original repair job -4 times . The management has no clue what's going on , they don't care about customer service , they keep changing staff , hire people with no experience. Damaging the brand !!

I have now had two disastrous service experiences with this service department. In this most recent one, I simply wanted to have my tires replaced, they did not even have to pop the hood. It took two days, and every single commitment or promise they made was broken. No-one in authority has so much as acknowledged what happened, and up until now we had been loyal service customers for nine years, but no more. Service standards at this location have cratered, and they don't care.

I have a sweet 2016 F type S. I have been getting excellent service on this car at Park Place in Grapevine. I got lazy and chose to go to this dealer for a simple state inspection and they screwed it up. I went to a dealer rather than Decra because the previous owner warned me that something had to be reset after an emissions check or the battery would discharge when the car is parked. When I arrived I mentioned the battery thing and that is why I came to a real Jaguar dealership. It took about 2 hours to get the the car in for inspection. About 5 days later I got in to take the Jag for a drive and the battery was completely discharged. I contacted Frisco Jaguar and asked if they could send someone out to jump start the car they said NO, I needed to get the car there and then if it was something they did they would fix it. The service manager, Jason told me that he did not believe it was anything they did and it was just a coincidence that my battery has to be replaced at this time. I objected and he told me that if I don't trust them he would rather I take my car some place else. I spent $100 for a jump box, that was not enough juice. I spent another $100 for a charger and left it on the car overnight. She came to life and I took it in on Saturday 2/25 armed with 10 print outs from a Jaguar forum talking about this problem. Mike, the Service Drive manager was very helpful they charged my battery, checked the battery and did the necessary step to prevent it from discharging again and even washed the car. No apology, or offer for a free oil change when it is due. Just another four hours of my life that I will never get back.

Don in the service department did an outstanding job in getting us in and out very quickly. We had a problem with our car battery. We did not have an appointment and it was a Saturday morning but he was able to get us in and out in about an hour. We were just heading out for a 2200 mile road trip so it was so important we got the battery issue fixed. Very pleased with the dealership and their service.Things like this is what keep us coming back here.

I've been having my Jaguar serviced here for years and have to agree that the service is top notch. Yes it's pricey but I'm not driving a Chevy.

Had a decent experience buying but overall they cannot be trusted. Bought a 2020 Grand Cherokee here and asked for them to go over the vehicle and note any damage etc to it. They assured me it goes through an extensive, multi-point inspection to ensure everything is working and is safe. Drove hours to get here and trusted that they went over it (oops, my bad.) On the way home, I noticed a loud shaking sound above 65 mph. Turns out the front bumper was and is handing on by two top clips and the rest are flat out broken. The entire front bumper is incredibly loose. I called and asked for some help getting it repaired and have gotten no call back whatsoever, even after leaving voicemails for the sales manager Kevin Bedford. So I take it into a body shop, they put it on a lift and you can IMMEDIATELY tell there are serious issues. It's incredibly obvious the dealership ignored this as there is no way they would have missed it if they had gone through this "multi-point inspection.) ALL clips are broken around the bumper except for two. The entire bottom is damaged. Aftermarket screws were drilled into the back of it in a half-assed way to hold it into place. The bumper needs a replacement and looks to cost around 3k based on quotes I've gotten. No follow-up from this dealer whatsoever. Bait and switch, scam, or just flat out incompetence for missing this.. who knows.. but stay away.

We recently had our Jaguar F-Type serviced here and I could not be more pleased. The customer service from Ireen our service advisor and from the other staff was outstanding. Our car was ready ahead of time and well taken care of and cleaned up. I am very happy to have found a Jaguar dealer here in the area to attend to our car. Ireen was simply wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.

I wish a half of star was an option. I brought my Jaguar here multiple times, and they did not fix the problem. They fixed something that had nothing to do with my issue and charged me for it. As a matter of fact, when they so-called fixed the real problem fter the 3rd attempt, my car sounds worst than it ever did. The GM Mike tried to tell me this was a non-related issue, but what's happening is they want you to keep bringing your vehicle back and charging you. You almost had me! This service department in the dealership is by far the worst I've ever seen in my life!
