I have brought several of my cars here for repairs since about 2010, and have always had a great experience! These guys do a great job and they really love cars :) Jerry has always treated me like family. Great experience all around!

Never do reviews but had to.I brought my daughters car in to have the rear bumper painted and after 3 weeks he finally said it was done and could pick up.After he said 1 week I could pick up.I was out of town and sent my daughter and my asst and they told me when they got there that the car was never even washed but they got it and paid the full price.I got home a couple days later and realized that it was never painted and the car was never even touched from when it was brought in.I went the next day and he said it was done and continued to lie to me and I told him the clear protective film is still on the car and the all the scratches and scrape that I bought it in for are still there.He finally came clean that it was never painted and would do it right.Im sure he did good work at one time after being in business for 38 years but after he lied I think you all should know I would never use him again and either should you all.Now 2 months later he still owes me the protective film and I call him every couple weeks and said he will call me right back to get the protective film back on the bumper

I have the same experience as the other reviewer. I had a small accident and took my car to J&S. The owner Jerry quoted me a price we agreed on and the repairs he was going to do and the time frame. He didn't give me anything in writing.I dropped off the car on Monday, Sept 11th 2023, hoping to pick it up on Friday, Sept 15th. Never got a call or update. I had to call, only to be told that they are still waiting on a part. This happened every day after that and finally got my car fixed on Sept 22nd, a whole week late.As far the quality of their work, the less said the better. He had promised that the hub cap would be buffed out and would look like new. It stayed about the same. He then said he had not quoted me for full fix, which would cost an extra $129+tax. He didn't fix my damaged bumper properly.When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that the mirror was still all scratched up. I asked about it and he said they forgot to paint it and took the cover off and asked me to come back again on Monday. I collected the mirror cover on Tuesday morning, Sept 26th. He had barely painted it and the scratches are still visible.Overall, worst experience. They cut corners and skimp on labor to save you a few dollars.Do yourselves a favor and stay as far away from Jerry and J&S as possible. There are plenty of honest body shops in and around the area.

Gentleman who came and took a look at what needed to be done was very nice. He knew exactly what had caused the damage to my bumper (automatic car wash), and his estimate was right on the money from what insurance ended up estimating. Unfortunately insurance strongly suggested I go with their usual shop in the area to avoid issues, so I was not able to take my car there.

Jerry was very professional, he did a great job on my car. I highly recommend J&S Paint shop if you are looking at any body shop to get your car fixed.

I just needed the front bumper of my pickup pulled out after a minor accident. The other shops I contacted wouldn't even talk to me without an appointment days or weeks in the future. Jerry got the repair done for $200 and my vehicle was ready to go next day at 2:30 PM. Can't beat that!

Did not honour paint job after paying over $27,000USD and taking 28 days to work on it being "thorough". Instead Jerry made up an excuse to not do it. The paint job had bubbles, solvent pop and other defects that he just felt it was more important to explain how they happen then to apologize and fix it like old school people would. I came all the way from Ontario on a false assumption that I had a warranty. A complete waste of time and money. He should be ashamed of himself and how he treats people. He calls himself a "Christian man" but there's nothing Christian about how he conducts business. Find someone else to do the work properly without that massive attjtude.

They quoted me $1750 to fix an issue that another paint and body shop fixed for free. Just let that sink in. I had to rate one star to leave this review or it would be no stars.

This is the oldest business in Frisco. They do great work, so they are always busy. It doesn't look fancy from the outside, but don't let that fool you. I've brought 3 vehicles there for repair. Highly recommend!

My car was in a minor accident on the rear passenger side. I am very happy with the service I received. They worked with my insurance and completed the work on time. The repairs look great!
