Buyer Beware!!???The hydrate formula packaged in the black package below in the photos used to be the really good hydrate formula. I used to buy a lot of the black one and would purchase extras to last for several months. This is why I had so many of the new white packaged ones.In June of 2023 I went into the iD Life location in Frisco and purchased 4 more packages of the hydrate in the white packages. I specifically asked what had changed as the packages were different in color and advertisement. The guy at the front desk told me nothing had changed except for the packaging! This was not true at all. The entire formula had been changed. I trusted him and purchased extras. When I tried a packet it was not good at all. It tasted like Pepto Bismal. I thought maybe I would see if there was some way I could try and get used to this taste so I kept the packages, but they remained in my pantry unopened and were never drunk. The taste was making me sick at my stomach.Today 11/17/23, I pulled them out of the pantry unopened and were just like when I purchased them in June. I called ID Life about the entire situation. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with one girl who knew nothing about trying to help me. Finally Nico appeared on the phone. The company would not make good on their product. They did not seem to care that their front desk sales person had told me the product was the very same formula that I had so loved before and would not provide a refund for the unopened packages. Who would have thought I was being lied to when I trusted what the front desk sales person told me. The fact that ID Life could not take responsibility for their misinformation and do what is right in refunding a bad hydrate formula, is not good business. I would not want to recommend or do further business with a company who sales product under false information. Who knows what you’re putting in your body,Also, why would you change a formula that was wonderful to something that taste like medicine and hide it when a customer asks you clearly if the formula has been changed.ID Life excused themselves when I talked with Nico on the phone. Nico stated they did inform their customers of this change in April through email, but I was a guest purchase and had no way of being informed through email. Therefore the front desk sales guy should have been truthful at the time I purchased extra packages when asked. Nico should have refunded my unopened packages and taken responsibility for their front desk sales guy guiding customers incorrectly. He did nothing to make this right!Please be informed that this new formula is no where close to the wonderful hydrate product ID Life used to sell. I would not recommend this to anyone. Gatorade Zero Fruit Punch has now taken the place of this for me and is available everywhere without sugar as well as tasty and not as pricey.It’s a shame ID life chooses to handle new customers this way. Nico had a very different choice that he could have made that would have built a relationship with a new long term customer he instead created a reputation which was not good for future ID Life customers and their sales representatives.

An instruction manual designed specifically for me!!! I learned so much about what my body needs to perform at its best from ID Life DNA kit. I learned the most efficient way to exercise. I learned about my specific nutrition needs. I learned that I actually need good carbs to help me with weight loss and keeping it off. The most life changing for me was learning how much inflammation I had and how I can help it stay under control thru certain foods, supplements and how I exercise.I received a guide on how to most effectively and affectively optimize my diet, supplements, and exercise routine for a stronger, leaner, healthier me! I wish I would have know about this sooner.

I have been on IDLife vitamins for about 5 years and I can’t say enough about this product. My blood work proves how well the vitamins work.The test always comes back with a great report. In fact my physician says I’m healthier than she is. It’s amazing and I’m 85. Pretty good isn’t it?

I spent a lot of money on the dna kit and filled it out exactly. Rules were promised in a two week turnaround. After 2 weeks I was informed of a rejection of the kit, for no reason. When I called they said I didn’t fill out the paperwork. I did. I sent it in. Then they wanted it again, but I don’t have a printer and they are so backwards they don’t have docusign or anything that would allow me to give it to them again. They won’t go forward, they lost the paperwork and they won’t refund my money. I think this whole thing is a scam and am lodging a complaint with the BBB. Do not deal with these people.

I have been impressed since day one with the courteous communications (yes, LIVE calls, folks!). The IDLIFE Advocate Team are always helpful, polite, ready to solve any issues that arise. If they don't know the answer, they escalate and ALWAYS return calls or emails. This is as important today as it was decades ago. People matter. People ready to help...amazing!

Do not use this company. I paid $250 for a DNA test kit. Months later and I still have not received my results. Customer service stated they sent me results. NOT TRUE. Then state I will not be getting a refund as I already used the kit. How can you not provide a refund when you have not provided what I paid for???

This company does not practice safe & appropriate privacy practices which is incredibly concerning as they collect DNA information. I called into their customer service line as the DNA kit I was gifted had a non-working registration identification number. After a representative answered, she requested my username email and PASSWORD to log into my account. I immediately expressed my discomfort with sharing sensitive information like a password and the response was "well I'm sorry but I'm but that's our process." This is a wildly inappropriate practice. There was no mention of security, how they keep your data safe, or why she was qualified to handle sensitive information like a password. This is unacceptable for a company collecting DNA information. After asking a different representative to delete my account, this was not done. I requested a refund for the family member who purchased it, as I will not use their product after learning of such risky consumer privacy practices, and it was denied due to the "return window" even after I explained this was gifted. Everyone should beware of such a negligent company-- do NOT share your data!!!
