Huge store, and I've had good luck findings things here that other stores didn't have.However, the biggest asset of this store is the employees. They are helpful, and some of them are incredibly knowledgable. I mean way over the top "in the know."Heck, last time I was there they even had someone helping people checkout at the Self Checkout registers. That was awesome!

Ridiculous! Sat in a curbside parking spot for 15 min only for a “customer service” rep to come out and say that nobody was working to help with curbside or I could wait another 15 min while they hopefully find someone. It’s only 4 items needed. So I decided to go inside and gather the items myself… took 5 min. As I was inside I noticed 5 employees standing around the pickup desks and probably also passed 20 employees in the store. As I’m putting one of the items in my cart the rep calls me and says sorry I’ll have to come back tomorrow because the isle my item was on was closed off… as I was standing in the wide open isle. Bunch of lazy lying employees working on 1/18. I’ll make sure to visit any other HD aside from this location in the future.

This places has the rudest customer service in all of texas.Especially this short girl with red hair. It is almost impossible to find help for general stuff and she assumes that every person works here and knows everything. Literally came here for a propane tank exchange and i am trying to figure out where to order it. Instead of greeting and asking kindly on how “customer service” can help. She yells making weird noises and rolling eyesas if its standard practice to speak some bird tongue with an adult human being. There is more entitled attitude here compared to a snooty restaurant in New York and i have been to both.Unfortunately this is not the first instance either. If you don’t like speaking with people in english please refrain from working in customer care or customer services

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at your store recently. As a regular and loyal customer who has consistently chosen Home Depot for my home improvement needs, I was taken aback by the treatment I received during a return transaction on [01/07/2024].I visited your store to return an item that is covered under the lifetime warranty. However, the cashier, Kyla, exhibited unprofessional behavior and was disrespectful, especially in front of my child. Not only did she refuse to assist me with the return, but she also made derogatory remarks, stating that "we don’t need customers like you." And I’m done with .This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it deeply saddened me as someone who has spent a substantial amount of money at Home Depot over the years. I have never been treated with such disrespect and discourtesy before.I hope that this matter is addressed promptly, as it does not align with the high standards of customer service that I have come to expect from Home Depot. I trust that corrective action will be taken to ensure that other customers do not experience similar treatment in the future.

Nice newer looking store. Workers however are either really clueless or hate there jobs. Nobody wanted to help,was sent all over the front of the store just to track down the location of the ring camera. I came to buy, i don’t know why they gotta have those up front instead of locked up on the shelf like other things.

I appreciate the professionalism and patience with an online order this evening. Marissa carefully transfered my call to a desk where she could get to a computer to look up supplies, without hanging up. Kevin, the m.o.d helped me with my pro account order after pro desk were closed. Marissa and Kevin both completed my order and called me back after it was complete. Thank you both!
