“We met our Designer, Anna, when we entered the Bassett store in Frisco, TX. She was friendly and personable without being pushy. After giving us time to look around, she answered our questions and guided us through the ordering process. We live several hours from this store and our items had to be shipped from different locations. Anna kept us updated during the process. One of the lamp shades was damaged when we received it and as soon as I notified her, she initiated the process of having another one sent to us (which we received within a week). We also ordered an extendable dining table that we are so pleased with. Anna has been helpful and knowledgeable!”

“Called ahead, great phone mannerism. Came into the store, great walk through and testing of mattresses. Even learned a few things. Cancelled my order at a prior store because I had been lied to by the salesperson and here I was experiencing top tier service… or so I thought. Long story short, I went through a bit of hell trying to order my mattress using a prescription because it’s to be delivered to another state (lesson learned and sharing to all who reads this—probably can’t do it).
Thank God for Micah, the store manager. When I tell you that he made all the hurt and pain go away. A consummate professional during all the calls he had to make on my behalf — some with less than helpful folks on the other end. Micah understands people and service!! He literally salvaged what would have been a 2 ⭐️ review to a 4! If I could give him an award for best customer service of all time, I would! Thank you Micah!!”
“I can't say enough good things about our designer Will, we love him. He's funny, really listens, offers truthful opinions, and makes fabulous suggestions. We've purchased from him several times and we've even had him to our home for a personal consultation. We really appreciated that he respected the fact that we had some pieces we loved and didn't want to part with and he found ways to work with them in his design which was a nice change from a previous designer.”

“I had excellent service. My wife had surgery and needed a comfortable chair. A salesmen waited on us and sold us a chair, with extended warranty. Their pics for this location is kind of misleading, almost went elsewere due to me believing through photos that they didn't have a big chair inventory to pick through. My only desire for La-Z-Boy is to come up with a comfortable soft chair, that is not so firm like the other chairs (for larger people) with cup holders and usb ports. Also a quicker way to have furniture delivered instead of picking it up at your warehouse all the way south of Dallas is good for folks that live nearby. We live in the very far north and took us over an hour to pick it up.”

“While I was bummed to discover that PB Kids doesn’t have the PB Teen Harry Potter items, I was very pleased by the kindness of the staff. I’m from a smaller town that doesn’t have this store, so it’s a learning curve on my part.Honestly, if I were shopping for items for much younger kiddos, I can definitely see the appeal of the store. The items were beautiful, high end, with excellent selection. The team member I spoke to was very kind, even referring me to another store to locate the theme of items I hoped to see.”

“I cannot express how happy Iam with EVERYTHING from Matthew taking the time to show me the difference in Matresses to helping me find a bedroom Suite that wouldn’t take two months to get!I also bought a beautiful couch as well…I was to also thank Jeremiah for EVERYTHING from helping me with my Couch Delivery to helping with my purchase on my bed as well…. He said “ I was his best “customer” in Just a few weeks time which made me feel good. I will be back to buy another mattress from u guys in the next week or so. “Great place to celebrate a dear friend's birthday! Tomato basil soup was delicious & so was the chicken salad. Had a nice glass of wine & the server gave my friend her choice of two macarons for dessert since it was her birthday! The little shop connected to the restaurant was fun to browse through too. Bought a great-smelling candle!”
