There is a significant sale at H&M in Stonebriar Mall, with discounts available in various sections of the store. However, be prepared to spend some time in line for the fitting rooms and at the cashier, as the queues can extend close to the store entrance.

Collection was great, although I found the staff were racist tbh I felt very bad that there were two people working the tried out dresses to put back to hangers and arrange them and they were just doing that for everybody else
But when my we were giving the hangers and dresses separately one person asked to put it back on hangers and I asked I thought you were supposed to do it and he said it’d help them to make it easy
But if they really wanted help even after 2 people working the trial area they should’ve asked to please help them and not ask only and not everybody else. It’s simply discrimination based on color.

Really poor customer service - the front desk rep “tried” to help but the manager Darien (?) is was of no help at all in honoring online prices. As someone who works in customer service and retail to be specific it makes no sense to not honor an online price for a product that’s sold out online and in store. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location .

Store 359 as the manager Michelle told me inside Stonebriar mall in Dallas Tx , so I was looking for a particular item just some black jeans and they guy that helped was kind and helpful, but once I got to the dressing room the young lady asked how many I said 6 pieces so she grabbed the number 6 proceeds to the room , I asked her could I go down to the bigger one more room she told me No , I looked like why ?? So I asked why not it’s available, she replied it’s for our other customers…. I thought like I’m not understanding what do you mean I am a customer then she replies I can put you where I want to , I said oh ok I tried on 3 pair and just wanted to hurry up and get out of there because I had an appointment that I had to make it to , moving forward asked for the manager and she wants to go back and fourth about what the dressing room attendant said verses what I’m explaining to her about my costumer experience but I see these days you can say whatever you want to and I normally get an email asking about my experience but not today which tells me my visit wasn’t captured on the phone they give you for your email and points it was an emergency if not I would not have bought any of the items. One thing for sure I have choices and being discriminated against I won’t tolerate, I will never go back in hmm
