My tax situation changed drastically this year and after doing my own taxes for years it was time to take it to a professional. I called Hinckley Cook in March knowing I was pressing my luck for time, but luckily Kirt was able to get me in and help me. Very knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend.

NO Stars - Called to check on the status of our refund - oops they didn't file our return!!! Response form Hinkley Cook - sorry mistakes were made! We are so sorry, we just filed your return now (sorry we sat on it for 3 weeks). Guess we won't be going back to them and urge you not to either!!!!!

We have used Hinkley Cook for two years now at the Frisco location. We were not please with the last firm and decided to switch. Larry one of the cpa who assists us each yr is great, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Each year we find our taxes get more and more complicated, but we know Larry is ready to assist. I would recommend them for any accounting/tax needs.

We had a complicated tax year (contracting jobs, rental properties, moving, purchasing a home etc) and knew we had outgrown the cookie cutter tax stores. After a few weeks of anxiety over what we anticipated we would owe this year, we decided to use Hinckley Cook CPA to prepare our tax filings. I have to say, they put some serious work into our tax preparation. They took their time to present it well, gave us excellent advice for the current tax year. Best of all, they were so thorough and researched all our deductions that we owed less than half of what we thought we would. I cannot say enough about this firm and strongly recommend them for any of your tax or accounting needs.
