Working with Clay Hart was such a pleasure. He treated me like family and gave me some really great advice. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but he also truly cares for his customers. We've used the HI Agency for ten years without any problems or hassles. Recently I asked Kim for better rates on our home and auto policies, and she saved us $1350!! This agency is very customer oriented, sincere, and professional.

As many others have said, never had a bad experience with these folks. Nick is the man! He's helped me multiple times in many ways, including with urgent requests due to my own incompetence. Highly recommend!
