Gone way down over the years. When 50% of what you buy gets delivered damaged you need to be ready to have follow up visits for repairs/replacement. Customer service is hit or miss.

Our sales associate, Lule Sutton, was top notch! She was extremely knowledgeable about ALL of the couches. She quickly knew answers to questions about dimensions, fabric type, cushion construction, customization options, etc. She was so friendly and knew all of our names instantly. She was also very patient with our two young children and went out of her way to keep them entertained while my husband and I made decisions. It was a great experience today and we are so excited to receive our new furniture!
