Made an appointment this morning for myself, my husband and 2 little girls for pedicures. I booked online but also called ahead and asked if they could accommodate us since it was a small group and they told us everything would be taken care of. We waited for nearly an hour (after getting told “15 minutes, “2 minutes” , “2 minutes”) over and over again. We would have left sooner if we had known it would take so long, my 5 & 3 year old were getting antsy. We would have stayed if they had even offered to make it right by giving us a small discount or anything. They lost a decent amount of money today by not scheduling correctly. I gave one star because the front desk guy was professional and kind despite the ridiculous wait. We won’t be back.

This place is awesome! I'm a long way from home, and was in desperate need of an eyebrow wax and nail fill in. They got me in quickly did an excellent job, and even gave me a glass of sweet red wine during service. Ultimate pamper spot! I will definitely be back to see Andrew and Jolie!

I really struggled with finding a nail salon in town. I went to Greystone Nail Bar on a whim and Tony was my technician. He’s amazing! He knows the perfect color combinations and listens to requests. I find myself coming back here and booking with Tony. He can do simple styles and customized requested designs. I have never felt rushed. I highly recommend Greystone Nail Bar and Tony.

Requested style: Helen was amazing!! She heard exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully- French dip manicure with chrome. I’m very picky with shape and length, she did a great job!!
Lee did a wonderful job with the pedicure- very clean and very fast!!

Jolie is amazing. She did everything I specifically asked for and Moore she did a cute leopard print on my nail which I’m in love with and the shape and overall look at my nails is great. I am so in love. I will definitely be going back To her as long as she does nails!!!!
