I actually had my haircut done at supercuts and I didn't check on the backside before leaving and realized they did a terrible job. I came to this Great clips location and explained what happened. The asian lady took time and fixed my hair, but only charged me for neck trim when she could've charged for regular haircut price. I will keep coming back to this location again and recommend this place for anyone.

Their hair cut is much better than any greatclips in USA.
I have never satisfied with greatclips for 6 years.I found this saloon and tried one time back in 2024 March. I felt happy, they takes more time for hair cut to feel better finish.
After covid greatclips also charging high price for haircut.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips. The stylist who cut my hair looked like a Korean lady with a baby cut hairstyle. I asked for a very simple haircut—just a trim on the sides and to keep the front at a medium length. Instead of accommodating my request, she grabbed a mirror, pointed out that my head is flat, and said she couldn’t do it because it would look ugly. This completely ruined my mood. I've had over 30 haircuts at Great Clips, but her behavior was the worst I've encountered. I was so upset that I decided not to tip her, and she responded with a nasty expression, clearly angry about not getting a tip. Her unprofessionalism and poor attitude were unacceptable.
Requested style: I kept it very simple, just asking her to trim the sides and keep the front at a medium length—nothing more.
Hair type: I have a semi curly hair, the one who did to me was having very bad behavior.
Stylist: The person who cut my hair looked like a Korean lady, and she really ruined my mood. Got a great cut here from Ashley (I think). She’s pretty, friendly, unassuming, and my head looks great for an old guy losing his hair ?. So I gave her a good tip and I’ll be back.

The employees are rude here, they call you fat, and if you don’t talk they will ask you why don’t you talk. Then you’ll try and communicate with them but then they will include you out of the conversation by speaking another language. The owner cannot afford to have to many employees so he will try and degrade a great hairstyle you have done just so he doesn’t have to pay you more than $13/hr. The owner and manager allowed an employee to interrogate and enter my personal space. I’m an employee that doesn’t really talk, I just enjoy doing my job and going home. But this particular one made work feel like an interrogation room. Even if you don’t talk and you give a great fast haircut, if they don’t like you then they will mistreat you. I notice I was the only one washing my combs, everyone else wash their combs with water only in the shampoo bowl.

Completely ruined my hair. I asked for layers and bangs and my bangs are so uneven and choppy and my layers are also super uneven. I'm going to go back to ask them to fix it and for a refund.

Casey (weekends) and Minh (Friday only) are great! Both are friendly, meticulous, and take a lot of pride in their craft. Great haircut every time!

The lady gave my 4yo a terrible haircut to put it nicely. She was barely responsive when I was voicing my concerns about his cowlicks, told me she’d leave it longer in the front to cover it and then proceeded to completely botch his hair and make the front super short to where I can’t even comb it over like I wanted and it’s all uneven. Never going back here.

So many wrong. I had a coupon and asked if this salon accepts it or not BEFORE I had my service, lady said she won't know until AFTER the service is done. We'll I'm only willing to pay if coupon is applied. I then checked in. Waited for 7 people to go ahead of me. Finally when it was my turn, or so I thought... My name was number ONE yet TWO guys went ahead of me so I got up and asked why was I waiting 45 minutes with the whole world going before me. She said I had to check in TWICE. Its my first time so I asked "when I came in that lady ONLY told me to check in. Once. She never said I had to check in after I already checked in front of them. " Ridiculous. Gets worse. I showed a pic of what I wanted and she had no problem, a VERY EASY BASIC hair cut, long feathered layers. Looks NOTHING like the pic I sent AND it's UNEVEN! And choppy. I do a better job myself. The pic of the blonde girl is what I wanted, the pic with black hair is mine. As anyone can see how ugly this looks! Never coming back.

The woman with black spectacles is worst. Don’t ever get hair cut from her. She was rude to me . The worst hair stylist I ever had. She cut my hair in hardly in 2 mins and charged me 20 dollars wow per mint 10 mint. She is worst.
