My Teenage kid wanted a fade hair cut , he showed the pictures how he wanted the stylist Mr.Dan took 5 minutes to complete the haircut ending uneven all sides. I have other stylist who does decent job there. When my son didn’t tip him for the unprofessional job he did, he cancelled the transaction and asked him to tip him. I will never choose this Stylist again.

Can I give a zero? My hair was 3" past my shoulders and I wanted it cut to where it falls right on top of my shoulders, like a curtan to the floor. I explained in detail AND showed a picture of my previous hairstyle as it had now grown out. My hair length is right below my earlobe!! She had me turned away from the mirror so I couldn't see it and when she turned me towards the mirror I asked her what part of my detailed explanation and picture of my previous haircut she didn't understand. Her reply, "oops" and she laughed. Oops?!? No apologies, nothing. I guess that's what I get for going to a Great Clips. NEVER EVER will I go again. I needed a quick trim and now it's ruined. Thanks Great Clips.

I have given this place many chances and willing to come back. Today was the last straw. The most inconsistent place. Told the lady who cut my hair to give me a fade. She took a razor and shaved from top to bottom close to my skin. No fade at all. Seems like she is still learning. Top was not straight. Side had a line where she went even closer than before. You should not just put anyone on the floor to cut paying customer’s hair! The other barber across from her can tell it was a bad cut and gave me a look as I left. Unacceptable.

I had a disappointing experience at this Great Clips location. I took my 3-year-old and 6-year-old for haircuts this week, and from the moment we entered, it was clear we were not welcome. The stylist barely acknowledged us, didn't smile, and shook her head as if we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the haircuts were horrible and uneven.
I hope the management considers adding more stylists, as this location seems to have high foot traffic and the current staff of 2-3 stylists might not be enough to handle it efficiently resulting to grumpy behavior cause of fatigue. Improving customer service and ensuring enough staff to meet demand would make a significant difference.

I had an ok experience. It’s a budget place and you get a budget cut. Not completely even and the machine missed some hairs that’s I had to clean up with a scissor on my own.
Requested style: Short on top with fade.
Hair type: Short and stubby.

Horrible experience, I went there and this guy who works there started screaming at me and I felt very unsafe.

Very bad experience. We went to get haircut for our 4 yr old son. During haircut Barber Van asked to go and sit in waiting area. But as kid is small we usually prefer staying near. Then he started yelling for standing and watching. It seems he got some anger issues. Even when we are trying to say that he is rude and he is yelling even more. Haircut is also not well done.

Chop shop. They rush through. I go here once every 6 months or so if I have to just get a trim in-between my routine haircuts. Staff are nice and polite.
