I've done around a hundreds hair cut at Great Clipp[ at various locations. It's hard to get a good consistent hair cut because of the nature of hair stylist come and go. Today 06/29/25 at Custer and Eldorado, It was the worse hair cut. She cut my hair like she was cutting vegetable. I tried to have her fix it, but it did not help. She also shaved part of my eye browse. I hate to name this person. It's Sadia. I'm sure she is a super nice person but she is either new or not good. $20 plus $3 for tip. It's hard work and I tipped her. I went to a barber was appalled and fix it. Be careful who cuts your hair.

We arrived at this Great Clips around 7:22 PM last night, only to have the door locked right in front of us by an older gentleman working inside. There were still clients being served, and we clearly signaled that we were hoping to get a haircut. Although he saw us and made eye contact for a second, he didn’t acknowledge us or offer any explanation. Instead, he walked away and continued with another client, completely ignoring us as we stood outside knocking and confused.
Even if there was a reason for closing early or not taking more customers, the way the situation was handled felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would’ve gone a long way.

Did not understand what dont cut it short meant and absolutely butchered my hair. Asked for a scissor cut but a clipper was used to “clean up the back of my neck” and volumes of hair were removed. I had to wear a hat for a huge conference I flew across the country for and continue to wear a hat for the next 3 months until I can get my hair back to its proper length so it can be cut by a real professional who listens to their client.

They are not even listening to what haircut we want. Very bad staff and they are in rush to finish haircut. Not recommended to go to this location

Done 2 kids cut - both cuts did by 2 separate person - #1 is perfect and 2nd person hair cut by other person is bad 😟
