I met Ali last week and he was amazing! I went in, and he immediately asked me how I was doing. Very professional and all-around nice person. I enjoyed meeting him and will refer people to him!

Took my boys to get hair cuts for school . This lady proceeded to cut one handed while talking on the phone . This happened on both boys . There hair cut looks horrible. She can't cut with two hands let alone one . One of sons was almost in tears .

I got a haircut here a while back but am writing the review now.
The person who cut my hair was Emilia Franklin and she did an excellent job. She helped me pick what hairstyle I should go for and understand the numbering system on clipper guards. Throughout the hair cut, she was actively engaged in a conversation with me, gave me tips on how to style my hair in accordance with my face shape, lined up my beard a little bit, and was overall in a joyful mood. If you're going here, I would recommend you ask for Emilia Franklin to cut your hair!

If I had an option to give 0 star. Got a haircut at this place (custer and eldorado) today morning, barber gave me bald patch on forehead (left)... I asked barber why don't you match it up with other part of my head. She ran for manager... to my surprise the manager of store is blaming patch for my hair growth and texture. Are you serious? It is not my first haircut. Manager just won't stop even.. when I am all done with haircut.. she is like it is clean haircut. No it is not.. your barber messed it up. Anyways paid for the haircut and came back home. Definitely avoiding this place in future.

The new manager, Josie, saved me with a haircut the night before prom. She was super nice and gave me a great cut, I would definitely recommend.

Everyone comes out with a trim not a cut. When I bring it to the attention of the stylist hey I said "O" on sides and back and they didn't even touch it claiming I said I didn't want it cut. I don't like being lied about or lied on. Over an hour wait and they didn't even apply my discount. But that is just what I get for dealing with mamma in this area they always cheat you and tell you about the babies that fell from their vagina. This was like last year.

Josie is always amazing. Great customer service and first person in McKinney who has been able to cut my hair correctly. She is a godsend. Everyone in this building is super nice, even when they are super busy the vibe is always nice.

I've been going to Great Clips for years and have had hit-or-miss experiences with stylists at different locations. But Minh-Le at the Frisco location on Eldorado Parkway has been an absolute game-changer! I've now had Minh-Le cut my hair twice, and both times the experience has been fantastic. He listened closely to what I wanted and gave me the perfect short haircut with layers - exactly what I needed for the warmer weather. The cut looks great and has held its style really well. Minh-Le is clearly a skilled and experienced stylist. He's friendly, attentive, and takes the time to ensure you're completely satisfied. I highly recommend requesting him, especially if you're looking for a great short haircut. Just note that he's only at the Frisco location on Eldorado Parkway on Fridays and works in Garland M-Th. If you're tired of inconsistent haircuts, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Minh-Le. You won't be disappointed! :)

Bad salon. Not very well trained staff and the staff keeps rotating. I have been quite a few times and it’s a hit or a miss with your haircut.Apparently Greatclips stores your previous haircut information but if the other barber entered it wrong then you are screwed.Especially if you rely on the hair dresser to give you best look then you are in for a surprise.Will be very cautious and vigilant next time I go for haircut.Last week when I went for hair cut the hair dresser didn’t know how to or request me clearly how I want my hair cut and basically trimmed a huge portion of my side hair.When I asked to get beard service she held the trimmer with both hands and I was like no beard trimming and rushed out of there. I wish the staff is consistent and well trained.
