WORSTTT haircut I have ever received!! Went in for a trim and came back with a BOB cut! Random layers here and there that I did not ask for. Tried to stop the lady and she would not listen. Extremely upset with the results. Would not recommend this place at all!

I was going into Great Clips to get a haircut, and an employee was smoking outside profusely. I tried to go into the Great Clips, but there was always a cloud of smoke near the doorway, and with my pulmonary issues, I could not proceed through the front door without coughing horribly. I find this attitude and behavior very insensitive to others, not to mention detrimental to business as I spoke with someone else nearby that made the same observations as I did. So Great Clips--Please observe a tad more empathy for those customers trying to gain entrance to your studio because, after all, you do have a great product but you need to give people access to it!

I went to cut my hair there today and was waiting for my turn, the emplyee (Male, Asian) yelled at me when I asked him to lower the volume of the sound system which was playing loud TV commercials, he was very rude and told me with a very offensive tone (no body complained about it before except you). Please show some respect for your customers.

I've visited this salon a few times before and was satisfied with my haircuts. However, something seems to have changed recently, possibly the staff. Last time, despite explicitly stating that I did not want my hair cut short, it was cut much shorter than I wanted. Assuming it was a misunderstanding, I gave it another try. I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my hair longer overall, with only the sides slightly shorter and that too are messed up. Unfortunately, my hair was cut short again. When I expressed my disappointment, the stylist became defensive and told me that it was long, even though it clearly wasn't, and her attitude turned quite rude. Now, every time I see my haircut in the mirror, I regret returning to that salon, especially right before an important day in my career. Go on your own risk, you can be lucky and get a good haircut or you can get a bad haircut from a rude staff.

I’ve been going to this location for years, and Quan has always taken great care of our family. They are quick, always positive, and very professional. This location is a really premium place for a great price - keep up the great work!
