Took my granddaughter to get NexGen and pedicure done. I was charged $5 extra because of the length of Molly's nails. Same length as the last 4 years. When I questioned the lady I was told hers were a tiny bit over the limit but when asked to show me the cut off I was just again told hers were a little over the limit. I will not be taking her back there.

I love how my French tips turned out. HOWEVER my nailed litterly chipped less then two weeks of having them and they want me to pay to get them fixed YOU CRAZY. I want a refund but the environment was alright and they were nice.

Just absolutely love this place. Such great customer service and they always have the color I need. The ambiance is very peaceful and I love the music they play! The slow times are my favorite time to come. Oscar and Linda are my favorites so far!

If I could, I'd rate this place a ZERO I would!!! The entire salon should be shut down because no one knows how to do a manicure or pedicure correctly. I had to request three different workers to apply my nail polish neatly, but every single last one of them failed which resulted in me denying any further service. It literally looked like a kindergartener did the paint job!!! They do not like customers who know exactly what they want and are very rude when anyone disapproves of their messy job. The kicker is instead of doing better, they'd rather disrespect you in their language (thank you to google translate). The manager is the root of majority of their issues because he fails to respect and satisfy his customers which mimics through his employees attitudes. Everything is money oriented which is also a huge red flag. The business would succeed if they improve staff skills and customer service. I would recommend painting your own nails blindly before going to this place, genuinely!!!

Friendly, fast , did great massage on legs and feet . Cut nails good length not to short . Place is always clean and they sanitize after each pedicure.

I got a Nexgen manicure and i have never been more upset with spending $60. To start, they are extremely thick and bulbous, every nail is lumpy. And when the man was doing my nails, he cut me so many times that blood was on my nails and got stuck under the top coat he put on. I asked him to buff it and reapply the top coat because there was blood visibly underneath the top coat, and he called me the pickiest client he's ever had. all of my nail beds and cuticles were grinded so low that it hurts to touch anything. When he said I was done, he left large clumps of dried Nexgen on my finger tips and knuckles that I had to get off at home. I don't get my nails done often and after this experience, I won't be coming back.

I highly recommend Angel! She is the reason for my five star review. She gave me an excellent pedicure. She didn't rush through the massage or any other part I paid for. My nails look great and she was also so sweet! I've found my go to nail tech!
