We recently rented a UHAUL at Goin Postal in Frisco, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we walked in, the employees were incredibly nice and kind, making us feel welcome and valued.
The staff was very informative, providing clear instructions and helpful tips to ensure our rental process went smoothly. Their knowledge and willingness to assist made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which further added to the positive experience. It’s clear that the team at Goin Postal takes pride in maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
One of the standout aspects for us was the LGBT-friendly. It's a huge plus to know that Goin Postal is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, which is something we deeply appreciate.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service we received and highly recommend Goin Postal in Frisco for anyone in need of UHAUL rentals or other services they offer.

I recently used this place to get important documents to the UK with tracking in a short amount of time. They were very efficient in presenting quotes for all the services and timeframes available through them so I could make my choice. The documents did arrive perfectly on time and I had up-to-date tracking the whole time. I appreciate that they offer friendly and personable service aswell as having options.

Loved coming here! I try and support local businesses like this one with my company needs, and this one is great. Owner was super friendly, had lots of regulars he clearly has relationships with coming in and out while I was in there. Good prices and hardworking small business ethics are the heartbeat of the community. Support this company for mailing needs, and he also rents Uhauls! Shipping, packaging, private mailbox, all good.

I’ve been doing business here since they were located around the corner. The owners are like family. They pretty much have any service you need and it’s easy in and out unlike the major postal stores! You can ship via all the major carriers, buy supplies and most importantly support a locally owned small business. I’ve moved away 15-20 miles before and I still drove over to support. You should too! You won’t regret it! The reason is when I have them pack and ship, the customer always send message they appreciate how well it’s packed! If you’re a business this is very important! They have U-Haul too!!!

Goin' Postal is a family owned business that treats their customers with a type of respect and friendliness that is an extremely rare find these days. They run an efficient business with a personal, caring touch. Even when something may go awry, as sometimes happens when using technology or depending on delivery services, they go the "extra mile" to help however they can. Doing business with them is a pleasure, and my husband and I will be loyal customers for as long as they are there and we are here. Ask them about the "employee of the month." :)

So fast and so great! I dropped off my UPS and my USPS packages here with no problems. I also picked up a sheet of stamps. They only have the basic stamps but it saved me so much time! Staff was super friendly and efficient. I really appreciate them!

Went in for a simple task - mail a small package.It took just as long as the post office and they had issues with their system (which I was told happens occasionally) which they said my tracking information would be sent in a separate email automatically once the system comes back up.I called 24 hours later since I still haven't received an email and they said it went out but it is not in any of my email folders so I was read the tracking number over the phone.This lets me know where the package is but there's no telling if it is actually MY package that was shipped, as there is no documentation that contains both my information and the shipped package
