Came in to the store to buy some games for my kids since they are sick and going to be staying home for a while.I went ahead and grabbed some brand new games and went to check out and the store clerk Erika told me that they had those same games for sale as “pre-owned” for cheaper. She went out of her way to save me some money and I really appreciated the customer service she provided.Thank you ?

Mike is awesome and helped me out tremendously. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and really showed he cared. I had many questions for him and he took his time to help me out. I really enjoy going to this store because of all of the options available and the kind staff. I had several trade-ins and Mike went out of his way to assist. I will definitely continue to go back to this store and highly recommend it.

I felt sorry for the cashier. He appeared to be only one working in store and a couple was through with their transaction but continued chit chatting while customers lined up to pay. It is not bad customer service to ask them to step aside, let them get customers checked out and then they could continue the conversation. Staff needs better training and really there should be more than one person in store to assist.

Completely ignored by the cashier. leaned against the counter facing the lobby on her phone my entire visit, even when I went up to her she wouldn’t break away from her phone. So tired of supporting a company that consistently treats me like garbage.

Gamestop sells games, video games, kinda pricey in my opinion but sometimes they have sales, another down is the membership plan, I mean it's good/bad, my last month I decided not renew my membership but apparently you can't use the last month coupon, unless you renew the membership, that's a bummer, but you can save 5 dollars monthly, it's up to you.

They never answer their phone. Tried calling to see if they had the game we are looking for in stock before making a 30 min drive to the store.
