“Owned our sactional, 2 seat sets and a wedge, for about 2 years now. Ordered it in store with the lovesoft (half down half foam fill) order process was a breeze, picked the tweed. It's been a great set but there were some imperfections and design changes to the materials since we purchased them that have improved the weak points(poor stitches etc) we have had a few pieces replaced under warranty, the warranty service is amazing. The sactional is comfortable. It can be arranged in a variety of ways. I love the deep seat arrangements but unfortunately I also like the wedge and that does not accommodate a deep seat. As far as set up, it takes a bit of time. In a couple hours your seats will be in place and ready to go. If you are a small person you may need a second set of hands to make it go smoothly. The overall look is nice. Comparable to most couches. Yes the price is fairly steep, it's 500 to 1000 for just a seat set so your couch can climb in price quickly. But the functionality durability and warranty coverage make it worth it's weight. You can literally adapt this to any room and grow with it. As long as lovesac remains (I have little doubt) then you will be able to hand this down for generations. The clip in system is durable. I can't vouch for kids jumping on it or heavier people (I'm about 180 and the other half 110) but I can't see it wearing out at double my weight. Long story short. Great couch. I hope love sac adds some additional pieces. Short sides and deeper wedges would be a good start. Their online selection of fabrics is awesome.”
