***DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS*** BUG INFESTATION***I am NOT the type to leave negative reviews, so my doing this is really unfortunate but very necessary. Instead of letting me out of my lease WITHOUT penalty because of the stench from the trash and the infestation of bugs that were always present in the apartment, they chose to require an early termination over $ 4,000. While the staff were so sweet as gingerbread cookies, you know the kind that whispers to their colleagues after you leave their leasing office... "Awe...too bad, so sad...he's sh*t out of luck"Instead of being proactively reactive, which is finding solid solutions to a reoccurring problem, they instead chose to be reactively proactive. Which means they chose temporary solutions to a long-term problem. They never once could get themselves to admit that there was a real FKCN bug problem in my apartment. In pictures A-D, you can see the number of bugs that consumed my apartment in the second month of living there. I've never had to leave a bug trap in an apartment. It was GROSS. Nonetheless, I terminated my lease early and vacated the apartment, but not without having to pay one more final month's rent. Pictures E-F are 2 weeks after I had already cleaned and cleared out this apartment. When I showed them the pictures of all the disgusting gnats, they asked me what I was asking for, I said," I would like at least half or all of my early termination back." They said they would not be doing that. And so here is my response....

The property is very run down and it's apparent the management doesn't care to upkeep the property. Smells bad in the hallwaysthe carpets are disgusting., Do not move here .

This community is very dangerous, cars constantly get broken into and wheels get stolen. This happened a little over a year ago and then recently cars got their windows smashed, Bexley's management claims that they care and they say they are sorry to hear but they do nothing every single time this happens; plus they charge outrageous made up move out fees. I promise you, you will regret living here. Weinstein properties commits fraud.

Management commits fraud. Do not give personal info here. You'll end up getting charged and probably have your car broken into. It's not safe

Second year of living here and all I can say is the 2nd year is starting off great so far. Jade from the front office has been amazing helping my family through all our problems as best as she can. We are super grateful, so the 5-star review is for the new management and Jade for being amazing the whole time for our stay at this apartment. Our 1st year here was very rocky. So, this great start definitely redeems back the points.

Funny, Bexley took down my post on here because it shows how they do not value their residences - all they care about is their reviews.DO NOT MOVE HERE, last month an incident happened in the garage and a window smashed and car broken into. They did not notify anyone in the building and tonight six more windows got smashed in. There's zero security in the garage no cameras or anything. They've yet to do anything at all. TOLD ME TO DEAL WITH CORPORATE IF I WANT ANYTHING DONE. Jade did not care whatsoever- was smiling the whole time. I will be posting as many reviews as I possibly can across platforms to deter anyone from possibly renting here to share what really happens at this property until something significantly happens in a positive way.

I'm leaving yet again another review. Tonight there was 5 more break ins into car windows INSIDE A GATED GARAGE WITH NO CAMERAS. They have been asked to get cameras for a long time now. From taping locks on doors to not informing residents of crime and busted doors in the building, people are fed up. Anyone living here can a break a lease because they feel unsafe. Thank you Weinstein Property Group, you guys have a rude awakening from the justice system.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND MONEY. THE OFFICE AND MGT COMPANY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I lived here for 3 year. What started out amazing, slowly came to a nightmare. And when Weinstein properties took over. OMG, everyone in the apartment community was ready to move that same month!!!! Security gates would be broken for WEEKS AT A TIME. Not just once, but all the time. Someone's home was broken into because of that. PLEASE JUST DONT DO IT. oh let's not even get into the office where they do not care about you. Ask a questions, never get a call back ever. Unless you like paying $2000 and up a month for BULLSHIT... and poor management.

I really dislike writing negative reviews, but just stay away .This was a great place to live under the old management company. In January of 2021 it was bought by a new company and things rapidly went downhill. Across the board, almost every element of the property has been neglected: burnt out lights, malfunctioning security doors, broken garage gates, interior/exterior/garage cleaning, dog waste stations are out of bags, dumpsters parked right next to the building, etc If these were temporary and isolated issues I could understand, but each of the problems listed above have been going on for weeks or even months. I've raised each of the items with the management and it's clear they're not a priority. Lastly, ask yourself if you honestly believe reviews that claim the property is a utopia managed by angels. I find it far more likely that the positive reviews are manufactured by the management or bought. Just stay away

We've lived here for a little over a month at present. Pros: From the maintenance staff to the leasing agents to property management, everyone has treated our family and our dog extremely kindly. We are renting a one bedroom and the apartment was recently renovated after the major freeze that occurred here. Our unit is as described on their website as far as features. We also have a small yard, which I have not seen at other apartment complexes in the Frisco area. They have a pool, barbeque area, gym, valet trash service, very nice resident lounges, a game room, a library, free coffee, and a dog wash. Parking can be a bit of a challenge for me as I drive a pick-up truck and parking for residents is in a parking garage, but I always find a space. The building is very secure in my opinion. I also like the Luxer package delivery system. Cons: The price range is high IMO, but that might be a reflection of the general area (which is more expensive than some other areas in the Dallas Metroplex) and the current housing market; the pool could use more frequent cleaning and isn't heated. The most convenient parking spaces in the parking garage are reserved rather than first come, first served. Sometimes the locks in and around the building malfunction.
