**GOT TRICKED**MARKING UP OLD MERCH!!**Went in to buy a shirt and upon getting it to the car noticed I paid $30 for an shirt that was originally $23. Not cool, If you shop here, perhaps ask the original price so you at least are aware they marked things up and you can decide for yourself if you want to pay more for something someone else paid less for before you. Someone paid $23 when the shirt was new, but I had to pay more, why? Do you people realize many of us who shop here also work in the district which means we are public servants of the families of the district, which means we dont earn much as educators? Not cool to your customers, very disappointing. As I am aware you dont make the shirts, you print the designs, so how much did the screen print increase on the shirt while it was sitting on the hanger?- none, but according to you, 25% (This also defeats the "teacher" discount, which I didn't get either by the way) Not happy.

Quality of shirts are subpar. One wash and the shoulder to sleeve seam is torn. It isn't the thread that came loose. It was the actual fabric that came apart.

I used them for our PTA spirit wear fundraiser. The pricing margins are really good, however the customer service and turnaround time is horrendous. Our store closed 6 weeks ago and we still not have received our orders. They were slated to be back last week and when I went in on Friday, they told me it wasn't ready and they didn't know when it would be. The lady was very flippant and unapologetic. I will NEVER use them again.

I have worked with Frisco Sports for the last 7 years, as I am a teacher in the FISD school district, and my students design and order a t-shirt each for my program. Their customer service has always been excellent. They have always responded back to emails in a very timely manner, and they have also gotten my order finished in a very timely manner, too. They even rushed an order for me this last time so that my students could get some shirts for when they started going to their internships. Then, Ally personally delivered the shirts at the school, which is on the other side of town, so that some of my students wouldn't have to miss their internships to come to school to pick up the shirts. My students were so thankful, and we were literally giddy with excitement for how cute our t-shirts turned out. Each experience has been wonderful. We appreciate your efforts to get us our shirts in such a quick time frame.

The staff at Frisco Sports Center are outstanding! I was in need of a spirit shirt in less than 6 hours. I emailed Frisco Sports Center inquiring about their inventory. Patrick went out of his way to promptly respond to all of my emails, and they were able to make me a spirit shirt in less than 10 min. Thank you!

I know the default "has" to be a 5 star for anything as that's what the algorithm needs but 5 stars is for establishments that excel expectations. They were well stocked, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with - a flawless experience for what I expected. Thanks for being a good business with fair prices!

Braindead dads do braindead things. In this case, I forgot to order my son's gameday shirt before the cutoff date. Thanks to Patrick at Frisco Sports Center for going above and beyond to help braindead dads look less braindead.

I would avoid this store at all costs if possible. I went in today to pick up a custom order. The young man with long hair, grey pants and white shirt who was working the front counter was very dismissive, rude and unprofessional. After I waited patiently behind another customer already being helped, when I reached the counter he just walked away without even greeting me just to put a shirt back on the shelf. Then he walks back to the counter and just stares at me instead of asking if I needed help. Finally I just said I'm here to pick up a custom order and I showed him the email confirmation with the order number, name etc. He then cuts me off to ask what's the name very abruptly when I had already given him the name and the order number. I also had my daughter with me who was trying on a PE set in the dressing room, which he saw me telling her to go in there to make sure we had the right size. After he gave me my custom order I picked up a $40 sweatshirt and a $30 long sleeve shirt for my son from the rack as I was waiting for my daughter to come out of the dressing room with her PE set. As I'm checking out I asked him if I needed a different size in the long sleeve shirt could I bring it back to exchange. He replied that I could but that's why they have a dressing room. I was stunned as he said it in a very snarky tone clearly implying I could just let my daughter try it on. The thing is the sweatshirt and long sleeve shirt were actually for my son who wasn't with us. I was only buying my daughter the PE set. My son is a freshman and needs paraphernalia for his new school so I was trying to purchase a few things on top of the custom sweatshirt I was picking up. I politely told him never mind I don't need the extra items. You just lost your store a sale. Unfortunately I had no choice but to purchase the PE set but I will never buy anything else from them unless it's mandated by the school and there are no other options available. I suspect that's why they feel they can treat customers this way since they know our hands are tied and we're forced to get certain items there. I will report this to the district as well to let them know we need other options to order athletic gear.

I've been waiting for my school hoodie for 2 months, and they did not have it but they don't give you refund until you ask them to. I would not suggest you shop at this store. Their pre-order system does not work well. Poor service quality.

Tracy and Patrick run a top notch shop and have been great partners for our apparel needs. Even in these crazy time they are doing a great job. For those of you that act like entitled children I feel bad for how miserable you are that you feel the need to bash a LOCAL small business that supports our community. Great people, just be patient the world's a dumpster fire and small businesses like this one have very little control over the current situation.

I ordered an item almost 2 months ago, they sent me an email saying it was ready to be picked up. After already waiting a month just for the email I get to the store and am informed that it's not even ready yet and in back order. Was also informed they send emails saying orders are complete even if they're not to all customers. Another month later, I called and they didn't give me any information besides "your order's not ready then". Tone was very demeaning and girl was unprofessional and very unhelpful. If I'm spending my money then I expect better service, very bad communication. Period.

With the new Frisco High School opening this year, they had a nice selection. The staff was very helpful and more items will be arriving soon for Emerson HS.

I placed an order for an event from another large company online weeks prior to my event. I followed up on the status of my order 1 week before the event dat and was notified at that time that my order would be 2-3 weeks late. I contacted Frisco Sports in a panic to get custom jerseys made and they were SO helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of Ashley and Patrick... Super nice people, easy to work with, thorough and quick. They went above and beyond to make our order happen. THANK YOU!!!
