Payment machine wasn’t working and asked me if I carry cash; when I said No, I was told to write down my credit card info on a piece of paper. That’s very risky, and against privacy!
Also, gave me 5 packets instead of 15. When I noticed, i had to point out myself and they told me to come back on Monday to pick up the rest!

Have not been able to transfer my prescription after 4 attempts, I give up on this pharmacy. Can a pharmacy be this bad?
Edit- pharmacy reached out and issued me store credit after I raised the issue with BBB. Hence update my stars to 3.

Frisco Pharmacy is AMAZING!! I will never go anywhere else! I’m an attorney in Plano and have never received such prompt specialized service at any other pharmacy. I was in need of a prescription and no other pharmacy in the area had it in stock and my paralegal searched everywhere and found this treasure of a pharmacy! They are so kind, respectful and give you prompt special attention. They will make it happen!! Look no further!!

As many others have stated, this pharmacy has the WORST customer service that I’ve ever experienced and I’ve worked in pharmacy for over 20yrs. Save yourself the trouble and find another location.

Please take heed to the previous reviews regarding poor customer service. My provider transferred a prescription to this pharmacy based on medication availability. The person I spoke with on the phone at the pharmacy was curt in her explanation regarding their inability to fill the prescription and hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak with the manager in an attempt to gain clarity on the medication issue; however, I was placed on hold an extended amount of time and was unable to speak with anyone else because no one came to the phone. Their blatant disregard for patient needs was shocking and unwarranted. Please avoid!

Do not let your doctor use Frisco Pharmacy!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, sales techs not knowledgeable!!! It is always difficult to get my prescriptions filled here. This week, I had an even worse experience than my previous interactions with them. I placed an order Tuesday for two prescriptions using the phone service. No one ever reached out to me, so on Wednesday, I called the pharmacy to see if my prescriptions were ready (they acted like they never received my order). The tech I spoke to kept insisting one of my prescriptions had expired. I explained they just filled the new prescription on February 15 of this year but kept getting the same answer. Finally, he found the new prescription that again, had already been filled there once. I had questions, and every time I asked the tech question, he put me on hold. I was on hold at least seven times and the phone call lasted at least 30 minutes. Finally, I got a text that my medication's were ready. I drove 15 miles to the pharmacy to pick them up because I was going out of town and didn't have time to wait for delivery. I get there and one of the medications is not even in stock!! I asked them how did this happen? Why did I get a message that both were ready?? No answers. Finally, the next day my medication arrived on the truck. Again, no phone call even though the tech had supposedly marked my prescription "urgent". I had to make the call myself. They explained that it was not their standard practice to make same day deliveries. I asked them to make an exception in this case and find a solution, since their service had been so bad and this was now going to cost me 60 round trip miles. They refused. They had zero concern when I explained my frustration with their terrible customer service. They made no amends (not even a discount for my trouble). If possible, I will have my prescriptions transferred to another compound pharmacy in Frisco. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE ASSOCIATES WITH ZERO KNOWLEDGE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Again, do not use this Pharmacy!

The have the worst customer service and snatch my driver’s license out my hand. They sent me a text saying my son prescription was ready got there and they said it would be ready until tomorrow. As soon as I left not even 5 mins later they sent a text saying it was ready but now they are closed. Came back the next day on lunch and they had me waiting for 20 mins no communication.I will be telling the dr find another place to send our prescription.
