It's a very nice open space. Proper height ceilings for volleyball. Kinda out there but the area it's in you can tell is set up for sports including a Toyota branded soccer field. Lots of shops in the area too.

Save your money. Most of this club's coaches are not qualified to coach. They may have the certification required but have no true volleyball experience that would help in developing players. A lot of them are dad's of players on their team or at the club which is another issue. They are not interested in developing the girls. This is just a business. If you have an issue, don't bother emailing because they don't respond. There are many choices in the DFW area. I would not waste your money or time going to this club.

Pick up & drop off is a cluster. What's the direction? Is it OK for cars to line up out front and block all the traffic? This guy pulled in front of me into my lane and wouldn't move. There's not enough space out front for vehicles to sit there and wait.

This was once one of the finest volleyball clubs in the region - not anymore. When you drive by and see "National Champions" on their building, just know that the coaches and players who earned that title are long gone. All of the best technical coaches, elite players, and his once-loyal families have moved on to other clubs where they are valued and treated with respect.

Had a really bad experience with the "Mother" of the company, she was extremely rude, wouldn't help us find the information needed and they do a poor job in handling customer service. We're very respectful people and take pride in making sure we're always abiding by the rules and standards. These people just have a really bad way of conducting themselves and would prefer to talk towards us with ignorance. In no way shape or form would we have considered speaking to a person in such manners. Answering the phones like this "What do you want, what do you need?" well ma'am your business hours on your website say 330pm to 930pm, we called at about 724pm to gain more information because your website said to "CALL US" and so we followed instruction. If you want people to just leave a VM and you call them back, then turn off rings, send straight to VM and inform people this is a message machine only. Don't bark at potential customers.

BEWARE! As a parent of 2 athletes who are involved in multiple club teams, I could not be more disappointed in Frisco Flyers Volleyball Club. Maybe, it's because the other clubs issued refunds for practice and tournament fees which the club was reimbursed for and we paid upfront. I wholeheartedly felt confident they would pass that relief on to us, since our season fee includes these things. (any VB parent knows how expensive it is). Instead, after 2 months of inquiry and multiple unanswered follow-ups, unanswered texts/calls, I received a "sorry, it's not our fault" email today. I informed the Flyers Volleyball Club that a credit towards next season would not work for us because Nike received an offer to play Beach Volleyball in college. She would not be playing indoor. We were not returning. They should refund the players who aren't coming back... simple as that. The virus affected everyone, at every level and if you didn't receive what you paid for, you shouldn't be financially responsible for it. My money is as important to me as it is to them. Lame response to a dedicated family who supported them all these years. Boo on the Frisco Liers! It's a sad way to leave a club we've supported for years. Full disclosure...here is the email I received today: Hi Caroline, There was a lot of consideration that went into the credit package. As a non-profit organization, the budget is very tight. As part of the annual budget, the club counts on revenue from tournaments, clinics, and leagues each year to pay annual costs. With the 2 month shutdown, we are behind on the budget and do not have the ability to give refunds. I think we all understand that the virus was no one's fault and everyone has lost something due to it. There are many clubs that did not give anything back to players, clubs that have gone out of business, and clubs that have given credits. As an organization, we absolutely wanted to give something back to the players and after all consideration, we have opted to give credits back to every player for 10% of team dues. All players received non-expiring credits. The credit you received is yours to use for courts, clinics, or camps. That is our credit policy for COVID-19. -Dylan -- at Frisco Flyers Volleyball Club.

Quick 'Shout Out'! I wanted to take a moment to share with you our experiences since joining Frisco Flyers. From the very start, our experience has been A+++! We are new to the sport having only participated in one season at an alternate local club. We have found that Frisco Flyers not only manages the athletes well, they manage the parents needs equally well. The business is so well organized. We are truly impressed with the atmosphere of the facility, the professionalism of the coaching staff, the easy online enrollment/payment process and so much more! Coach Dylan is TOP-NOTCH and we can't be more pleased with his coaching style. Coach David's friendly demeanor makes for such a positive atmosphere for the girls and Coach Bill's positive attitude and energy are infectious. We are thrilled to be joining the Frisco Flyers and cannot wait for a terrific season!
