I had a wonderful eye exam experience at Lotus Eyecare. I've been a patient of this clinic since it was Frisco Eyecare, and I'm impressed with the improvements the new ownership has made. This is the first time I've seen by Dr. Malani. She was so thorough with her explanations of what I was experiencing. I've tried to explain some of my concerns to eye care professionals in the past and felt a bit dismissed. She actually talked me through the way my eyes work. I left feeling like I fully understood what was going on with my eyes.

First time getting a new contact lens exam since moving to Texas, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in 20 years! The exam was extremely thorough, felt like my questions and concerns were taken seriously, and left feeling my prescription was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Frisco Eyecare!

I have been going to Frisco Eye Care for 10 years and with this new ownership, I'm not going back. The service is slow and Doctor Malani didn't seemed too concerned about her patient's wellbeing You would think after telling a patient they have an eye injury the doctor would at least explain the severity of it. All I got was a prescription and typing from her keyboard. I had to ask baseline questions the former owner would have answered without having to be prompted. Even then, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure about my diagnosis because this doctor doesn't feel the need to even pretend to be concerned about her patient's eye health.

The place is small and smells heavy of incense. When the doctor was examining my eye, her hand smelled like she was eating right before and did not properly wash or sanitize her hands. The place is a scam. They perform exams and don’t tell you that they’re going to charge you extra for them or confirm that insurance will cover it before hand. Stay away from this place.

They will not introduce themselves, you will not know if you are seeing a doctor/optometrician. If you are not buying stuffs, then no good service !!! The stock in the shop is very limited. The staff started ignoring us when we didn't "instantly agree" to buy the glass he was recommending. He also treated us like illiterates just because we asked questions, he said "Don't try to break your head"

We have been using Frisco eye care for many years for all 4 of us in family. We were pretty happy.Not anymore. Not sure what happened but their customer service and overall service is not what we were use to of.Went this year first time after the change in ownership. Wanted to give it a try.For sure not going back again.

Stay away from this unprofessional and unorganized practice! I literally almost sued Diana Lee, the practice owner. Their own staff doesn’t know what is going on in that office. Save your time and money and look for care somewhere else that actually cares about your eye health.
