Bought a groupon for this salon and saw a lady Maria on April 17th (tornado warning day in Dallas). Instead of just rescheduling me or something she choose to rush the color and highlights on my hair basically not covering any roots and leaving my highlights looking orange because she didnt tone long enough. I was 2.weeks away from giving birth so she said after the baby was born to come back and see her for her to fix it. 5 days postpartum, newborn in hand, I show up to our appointment and she "forgot to write it down". She allowed me to walk out of there in tears after paying a babysitter to watch my toddler and driving 30 mins to see her without as much as a "sorry". I've given her more than a week now to reach out to me to say SOMETHING, ANYTHING, but she's done nothing. So here's my honest review of a horrible experience.

I had been trying to get an appt since 12/10/18. I bought the groupon and asked for an appt. Maria said that she was too busy and to get my money back from groupon?? The groupon didnt expire until the middle of feb. so I sent her a text asking if I could make an appt in jan. NO response. (I noticed that she had a new groupon for the same service? why are you running a new groupon if you cant service the ppl from the previous one? I finally called again mid jan. and she said could fit me in on 2/11. I asked her if she could dry my hair or if they just let you walk out with wet hair and she said she would. I wanted to make sure the color was correct and thats hard to do with wet hair. The groupon was for a full color and trim. Thats not what I got! she gave me a root touch up and some toner at the ends. After asking twice about drying my hair she sent me on my way with soaking wet hair. I could have gone to my reg. person for a root touch up at the same prices as her groupon. I wouldnt recommend her.

This was my first time going to Maria and I loved her. She knows what she is doing, very patient and efficient. She did my hair- exactly I wanted...she is going to be my stylist from now�

Maria is great. She is very accommodating and works with my schedule. She really knows what she is doing. I was really hesitant about getting highlights but she really did it the way I want it to look. I trust Maria so I recommend her to anyone looking for a good color specialist.

I like her work and she's really nice and very good at what she does. I'll always go to her to get my hair cut and I would recommend her to everyone.
