TLDR: GREAT DEAL! Fair pricing! Best trade-in offer! David Ogbe is the man to go to! My experience with the dealership was truly outstanding. I found a used car in their inventory online and decided to check it out in person. Right away, I was greeted by David Ogbe, who was not only dressed to impress but also incredibly polite and straightforward. David was true to point out the car's flaws but also pointed out the overwhelming number of positives about the car without playing any sales games, and he really let me get a feel for the car with a thorough test drive. He never once pressured me into buying, which was refreshing. To top it off, I was genuinely surprised by the generous offer they made for my trade-in. Even more surprising was how straightforward the Buy Order was - just one dealer fee and the usual state fees, which is pretty unheard of. And to be clear, I checked Kelly Blue Book, JD Power, Black Book and browsed Cars.com to verify if I was getting a good deal. FCDJR was selling this car just below fair market value! When I came back the next day to seal the deal, David had his team fix up some minor cosmetic issues at no extra cost. They even filled up the tank and gave the car a full detail WITHOUT CAUSING SWIRLS, making it feel brand new. Driving off in my "new" car felt amazing, thanks to their top-notch service and honesty. This dealership really knows how to treat their customers right.

What a great comeback!! I recently had an unfortunate experience resulting in my engine freezing. I notified the dealership immediately, and after some missed communications, Frisco CDRJ came through in the end! Robert, Neal, and Chris (all service representatives) made sure that my Ram 1500 was back and running in no time. After everything that my family and I went through, everyone, from the service techs all the way up to Tyler the GM at Frisco CDRJ were amazing! Thank you for an excellent experience!

I had an unpleasant experience with the sales person after purchasing a vehicle. I was told that I would NOT be receiving a secondary key because I did not pick it up within 30 days but never reached out to let me know it was ready. Yet he was pushing for us to pay 500+ for a key during the purchase. It also took 2 months before seats woud be ready to install when it should taken only 1 to 2 weeks. Communication between sales, service, and parts is horrible. Service told me items that i was told would be replaced was ordered yet the sales person informed the key I was not going to get. I do not recommend this place.

The old saying, "if I could give zero stars I would" has never applied to a place more than FCDJR. In 2020 I purchased a 2019 Ford F250 from them, not a cheap truck. In speaking with the finance manager I agreed to purchase an extended service agreement I specifically asked if I could have warranty work completed at any shop I preferred and I was told I could. I have a Ford dealership 3 miles from my home and is much closer then the 20 to FCDJR. I had a turbo hose crack so I took it in for warranty work at Ford. Submitted it to Assurant and was told the only people that can work on the truck is the dealership I purchased it from. I looked over the contract and it does say that, I should have read it but trusted that they were not a bunch of liars. The repairs was $300 and I opted to have Ford fix it since it was already there and after paying them $100 diagnosis fee, a $100 deductible to FCDJR it was not worth starting over. Next issue was an injector war leaking. Took a week to diagnose and another week to fix it. Next issue was suspension parts. Ford looked at it for a recall and gave me the list of parts that needed to be repaired. I took the truck to FCDJR and gave them the list of parts needed. They took a little over a week to diagnose it and after sitting another 3 days they said the parts were back ordered from ford for 2 weeks. I went and picked up the truck and they called the next day and said everything cam in and to bring the truck back. Took it back, they took 3 more days. Went to pick it up and the steering wheel was crooked by 45 degrees. Told the service advisor, they took it back and brought it back 5 minutes later. I drove out of the parking lot and it pulled to the right. Turned around and took it back. They took it for 5 more minutes, brought it back, said they fixed the alignment but it was fixed. Left, still pulled to the right. Had tires rotated and balanced and still pulled to the right. Called them again and they said to bring it back and they would redo the alignment. Spent 2 hours in the waiting room, they said it was all good. Still pulled to the right. Took it to my local shop, paid $100 to have the alignment checked and they said it was OK. Took it back in the day after Christmas. They took 1 1/2 weeks to let me know that they needed to replace an adjustment sleeve, the same part that they should have replaced previously but didn't. Parts were back ordered and took 4 more days to come in. They finally started to work on it and called to say that they do not have the tools to work on a Ford and they would need to send it out to have it done. They have had my vehicle for so far, 3 weeks and a day and I still do not have an estimated time to get it back. I sent an email into the service manager but shocker, I never heard from anyone. This has been the most insane experience, I am ready for the warranty to expire so I can pay someone else to fix my vehicle in a timely manor. Avoid at all costs.

We bought a 2024 Jeep from here. We live in Louisiana, so being able to contact someone with questions is critical. Our temporary tags expired and we could not get anyone on the phone to return or a call or return an email. After a week of nothing, I get an email saying that my tags had been ordered just within the last 24 hours.. This was 8 weeks after the sale had been completed. Would not even call me but sent me an email. They are supposedly sending me a new temporary tags in the mail. Also, never buy a auto warranty through this dealership. They will never tell you the cost, but I did and let me tell you I got ripped off. They try and hide it as an just a small increase in your monthly payments. Paid $4500 for a $1800 warranty. I am done with this dealership. Once you purchase the vehicle, they will do everything they can to avoid helping you at all.

Stay away from this dealership! I was a loyal customer for 11 years, but over the last two months they have treated me with nothing but disrespect while trying to have my Jeep worked on. Their communication is horrible, (you always get someone in Florida who answers the phone?), you leave your vehicle with them for days and they don't even look at it despite having an appointment, they don't tell you when the needed parts come in so you can bring your vehicle back, they ignore you when you arrive at the dealership, and just in general act like they could care less about your problems. I couldn't even get my problems solved by going to the service manager or the General Sales manager. I finally took my Jeep to Huffines in Plano and they have treated me the exact opposite. Go there instead! You will be glad you did.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. My husband and I were looking to replace our truck with a similar model but were undecided on the make. We first went to Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney and explained exactly what we wanted and stressed TWICE how much we needed to stay within a certain price point. The sales representative working with us clearly didn't listen to anything we said and returned with a price that was more than double what we said we needed, and offered very little for our trade in. When we declined immediately, the representative resorted to the typical "car salesman" games by going to speak with their manager to "see what he could do". His next proposal was also a joke. We then tried the Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location and were met by Senior Product Specialist William Martin. William showed us a great vehicle, worked to give us the exact price we needed, and made it the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. William made us feel like we were in control and never once felt pressured. No games, no tricks, just straight buying a car. On top of all that, he gave us a considerable amount more for our trade in than what Pat Lobb Toyota offered us. If you ever question whether you're getting a good deal on a vehicle, go see William and he'll ensure you are.

Ask for Henry Truong for someone patient and laid back. He is honest and not pushy which is the opposite of a typical salesman.

BAIT AND SWITCH. FALSE ADVERTISING. Do not take your business here. I came here because of the lease deal. I called the day before, and a hour before coming to the dealership to make sure the deal is still valid. They told me it was. After arriving, the sales person Kyle (who I just spoke to 1 hour before arriving and confirmed the deal is still valid), informs me deal is no longer valid as of 3 hours ago, even though I just called a hour ago to confirm and the deal was still on the front page of the website. The deal is currently still on the front page of the website as I am typing this. Kyle says there is nothing he can do. I called a hour after leaving and asked if the deal is still valid and the sales person said yes. I asked twice to make sure also. I then asked if the deal is valid why is is valid to everyone except for me? Why was it not valid an hour ago? I was then transferred to voicemail. I didn't even get a chance to fill out the application. I have a 740 credit score. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS **Update. I spoke to Aaron below, and he states that the salesmen do NOT approve the incentives. He says they say that to get you in the door. Why on earth would they answer the calls and say they can give the deal if they really can't? This is why salesmen have bad reputations.**

Just bought a car from this dealership. Two stars only because the salesman was a good person (otherwise would be one star). Once I showed up and showed interest in the car, they added $500 for a key to be made and $1200 for a "chemical treatment ". These both are total scams. The chemical treatment scam has been around forever, the key scam I've not experienced before but obviously now works because of smart technology. I was able to negotiate a deal that worked for me but it's to bad they can't be up front and offer an honest deal.

I've been getting texts for months about a recalled part in my car. The text says I can call OR text for an appointment however they don't respond. I've tried calling and say on hold for 30 min. Not worth the effort here since they can't even respond to a text.

I have a 2021 Jeep wrangler 4xe. I love the car but unfortunately have had a few warranty issues. I had a bad experience at Prosper jeep the last time I brought in for warranty. It sat for 7 days before a diagnostic. I only have 1 car and couldn't wait. I called Prosper they said minimum 2 days, Denton said minimum 2 or 3. MCKinney jeep no answer and no returned call. Gavin at Frisco called me back and offered to help the best he could. I explained my scenario and he made a recommendation to best service my vehicle. I can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you. Looking forward to hopefully starting a new dealership relationship. Also the customer service lady also was kind enough to pass my info on. Thank you. Update. I dropped my car off with service manager Hunter Pearce at 7am. He had a shuttle drive me home to Prosper. He set an expectation that he would do his best to get it in for the diagnostic same day. I called Hunter at 3pm. He advised it was on the lift. He called back at 4 pm and said it was repaired. He sent the shuttle to get me. Happily had my car back at 530pm. So grateful for great communication. Courtesy shuttle, and quick turn around. This dealership has earned my business.

If you are buying a car from this dealership, beware. Online prices are fraudulent. They claim it is a a glitch. Seems that glitch has been going on a lot. I found the price online, reached out to take a look at the truck. Stopped by, looked at it and liked it. I asked for a price. When I got the price, it was nearly $15,000 more than the online price. Granted, there was sales tax and some reasonable fees. But then there was the $1200 appearance protection package, $500 tint, 3 year CarRX for $1000. Oh, and the price was $6500 more than the advertised price. After asking about it, I was told, "We've been having problems with our online pricing vendor". Uh-huh. Considering all the other people saying the same thing, they are using a bait and switch pricing model. This is illegal. Luckily, they were not far from me, so I didn't lose too much time dealing with them. Instead, I've taken the time to report them to the FTC for their business practices. The form is all of 5 minutes. And while they won't do anything with my specific report, if enough people report them, they can be fined substantially. If you are treated like this by any dealer, search for Federal Trade Commission complaint report form. Dealers like this should be out of business and corporate should be at the forefront of this. They are damaging the brand.

AVOID this dealer as I believe they are rotten to the core. Meaning deception and poor customer service is the motto of management and is probably then spread thru out. What others is saying about reaching anyone that does not want to be reached at the dealer is 100% correct. All calls are screened and the service advisor will ignore requests for updates (if they choose) and the service manager (Chris) flat out avoided 3 calls and would never return mine, EVER! I ended up having to get Dodge Customer Care involved and they became my only communication link to the dealer for the last month my car was sitting on the lot and I had no idea if they were making progress or even working on it. What kind of business pushes a customer to that level or to have to show up in person?!! I had been polite and never raised my voice but I did show I was not happy as my car was in an out of the shop for a total of 2 months with an intermittent electrical issue which would put car into limp mode and would leave you stranded so it was pretty much undrivable. Plus I had already paid for the initial repair (thinking it was fixed when turned out not to be the case) and my car is now basically a hostage at the dealer. I understand electrical issues are hard to diagnose and is why I choose to bring it to a dealer thinking they would be able to properly troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. They did fix the problem "maybe not?" (a loose pin in a connector) but only after charging me $1260 for a repair that was probably not needed and having to bring in an outside person to troubleshoot. But this is not my biggest complaint. While my Challenger was in their shop, they improperly jacked the vehicle and warped the rocker panels and they first refuted they damaged them. This car is a SRT branded 09, 53k miles, garage kept, never driven in rain excellent condition car and the dealer is accusing me of trying to scam them! But I stuck with the facts which was, they damaged my car in their care by not being careful and I know this to be a fact because I went thru this whole thing many years ago with another dealership but they stepped up and did the right thing and fixed it with new parts and since then, I have been hyper vigilant about anyone working on my car. The advisor at Frisco did initially take ownership of the damage and said a RP was ordered and was coming in "any day" and the other side would be adjusted. I later determined this was just a delay tactic because the story changed to we can't get a part to how do we know they were not damaged before coming in. Well I can't really prove it without having my car certified by a 3rd party but thought the condition of the vehicle as well as the fact I was knowledgeable of how it happened would speak for itself. I was hoping Chrysler/Dodge had more control and concern of how dealerships are representing their brand names but found this is not the case as they do not have control over the dealers. The kicker was a new rattle in my dash that was not there before. Turned out to be a missing screw after crawling down there to inspect. Lucky for me the tech conveniently left an extra screw on my floor mat that fit perfectly! :O Queue the canned response from the dealer showing they care now that this has been posted to social media. Next post is to BBB.

I took our Grand Wagoneer in for recalls service appt. As part of a certified Wagoneer dealer and 10 promises of ownership, I was not very impressed with their customer service. The lounge area was part of the showroom, the seatings were dated and torn, the display case was full of dust, and snacks were limited. There is no loaner car program, just a shuttle service. My vehicle was supposed to be vacuum and wash every service appt, but was quick washed only. This service experience was so disappointing and does not measure up to BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche dealers.
