I bought a vehicle from these guys that had a rebuilt title. Everything they said about the vehicle matched the research we and our dealership did. I had a lot of questions and went back and forth with them for several days and they were not only polite and professional. They went above and beyond offering to meet me halfway between my house and their location and more to arrange the deal.

This dealership was great to deal with! We flew down from Maryland to purchase a vehicle and the process was seamless. The employees communicated perfectly and they are currently looking for another vehicle for our company!!!

I recently rented a UHaul truck from Frisco Auto Exchange. I returned the truck after hours, and was surprised when I received my emailed receipt charging for a cleaning fee, a refueling fee, and a fuel charge. When I spoke with the owner, I was told the cleaning fee was because moving pads had not been folded and the fuel charge was automatic because it was below a quarter of a tank. I stated that I drove the truck 29 miles and refilled with 5 gallons of fuel - which was more than I used. Owner refused to do anything! I definitely will not give my business to Frisco Auto Exchange again. I prefer to deal with local businesses that actually care about fairness, honesty, and customer service.

The owner and his partner are not honest people here, they play this game were one promise you something and then the other says I didn’t know about that and at the end they don’t take responsibility for what was agreed up on and let you hanging without a solution. The owner is married to an attorney and just because of that he shows off that he doesn’t need that business because his wife makes over 400k a year and bla bla bla. In his mind he can file law suites against whomever and he will always win because his married to an attorney. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM….. ?????????

Bought a '13 Honda Pilot. Edward and Bill both communicated well, provided the carfax, handled all the paperwork. Negogiation was professional and I felt they were upfront and honest about everything. I would recommend them for any purchase you are looking for.

I found a Toyota Tundra online at frisco auto exchanges. I live in Nebraska so Bill showed me the truck via face time. He took his time to go over all the details of the truck. The price on the truck was good enough that I booked a flight down there after we spoke. Bill was nice enough to hold the truck for me, he even offered to pick me up from the airport. I got there the next morning to see and drive the truck and it was exactly as advertised. A little over an hour later and I was on my way with my new truck. I got a great truck at a great price. I found the owner Bill to be professional and personable. I would definitely buy another vehicle there.

Frisco Auto Exchange is all you need! Bill and his crew are always there for us whenever we need a U-Haul, no matter the size or how quickly we need one. And he really gave us a deal on the classy car we bought and has backed it up all the way!
