This store must have some thieves for employees ordered some shoes to pick up at store that was signed off as recieved and delivered the package got lost who knows if one of the employees took it home with em'.

Really impressed by the customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Helped me pick the best shoes for my toddler ☺️

I wasn't hopeful walking in because we were not really greeted upon entering. A young man made eye contact but never asked to help. We walked around a few minutes when a young lady, I didn't get her name, asked to help. I asked if she could see if a shoe was available in my size. She quickly returned with the shoe I requested. I went to pay out, and a different lady was very polite, even laughed at my silly dad joke. Both ladies stood there and talked with for a few minutes. Overall, I would say we had a positive experience at this location.

Review not for this store exactly but Foot Locker in general. Lost out on some shoes because their app never works and no email was sent. I quote unquote didn't confirm in time and someone else was selected. Absolutely the worst app and notification system.

We went here to get a gift. The cashier asked for our phone number and it pulled an email which was spelled incorrectly. I asked the cashier to correct the email and it took him several attempts to do so. After completing and paying for the purchase I waited for the receipt but instead giving one to me, the cashier waved up the next customer. After he finished helping the customer I asked for my receipt again and he said it was emailed to me. I waited around for the email but it never came. He told me it would take 10-15min to send, so I continued to wait and when the allotted time passed I asked him to check again and to just print me a paper receipt if possible. The cashier went to get the manager because he claims the manager doesn’t want him to print receipts. This is very strange behavior- I get being more eco friendly but denying a customer any form of receipt is unacceptable. The manager came to the register and immediately had a nasty attitude and asked if I just wanted to return something. I said no, I just made a purchase and would like my receipt- he then told me very gruffly that all their systems were down and that my purchase was in their system under the phone number. When I asked if I could confirm the phone number one more time he grew impatient with me and told me he couldn’t check because their systems were down.I understand that system failure is not on them, but basic politeness and customer respect should be the least they could do for me. I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated and angry about what happened. Asking for a receipt is not asking for a huge exception- it is a norm in retail. Not only did these employees not perform a basic function of their job, they made me feel like I was annoying them unnecessarily. Do better!

The employees there are pretty cool. Granted, I don't know too much about shoes but the service was good and I found a decent pair of sneakers for a good price. Would recommend.

The "manager" is a real piece of work. Can hear him as well as other employees call across the lobby, "here comes the ginger, I can smell him!" At a co worker. I for one consider it a disservice to the brand to have such a person in a position of authority. I am also happy I do not work here, as he is a reflection of the company's values and interview process.

Customer Service - Missing in action today! Took our son to get a new pair of shoes. Son ask this guy if they had his size and if he could get his foot measured. The employee looks at our son repeating the question our son just asked “you want your foot measured? Well, what size are the shoes you have on?” Told our son to put the shoe back on the wall will take our business elsewhere! Lazy and sarcastic people I will never understand! I am really surprised Foot Locker is even still around!

I love shopping for shoes and I also like to try them out at a Foot Locker. This Foot Locker has a wide range of shoes from tennis shoes by Nike and Adidas to more casual shoes. The store is also pretty clean and the employees are also friendly. It’s also important to shop around to find the best sneaker for you.

I visited last week to a nearly empty store and the young lady at the register didn't even acknowledge we came in. I was put off, but continued looking around. When I found the shoe I was interested in, I stopped the same person who still hadn't asked if I needed help and asked the price. She looked at the shoe and responded shortly it depended on the one I wanted. I confirmed I wanted the ones she held. She STILL responded, it depends. Even my kid was offended. Someone was able to help me, but YIKES!! She should not be in customer service ?

I had the WORST experience in my life in any store in all US. Today, I was asking for help because I’m from Spain and I don’t really know my US size. Well, 1 of the 2 girls that were in the store , complained and rolled her eyes because I was confused with my size and was asking for another number . She tried to say that this was US (…) and I had to cut her there, leave all 3 pairs of shoes I was gonna buy, and leave the store. This girl doesn’t represent the people that have been treating me SO GOOD in this country. I have never in my life walked out a store in this way… Will never recommend this store to anyone in the area. Hope the managers read this and do something with the miserable girl working there.
