We broke down at Walmart. Having to get a tow truck we decided to go to the location on Preston in Frisco since it was closest. When we dropped the car off Saturday at 3:30ish the gentlemen said they could get to it by Monday. Ok sounds good. On Monday they said they need to order the radiator hose and it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday we called and they said the wrong part came in and they had to order the right one. Side note we have already had one radiator hose replaced by Firestone so how did they not already know what part order. They said it wouldn't be delivered till later that evening and the car would be ready Wednesday. Well Wednesday rolls around and we call, the master tech was out sick so no one could do the work but him. And the car would be ready on Thursday as long as the tech didn't call in and he isn't scheduled till 10am so we won't know till almost lunch time. Well here it is Thursday evening and the car still isn't finished. Tech was out again. I understand someone being out sick/emergency but how do you not have anyone covering the work for that person. They don't offer loaner cars either so we are stuck with one car and having to juggle my job and my husband's job. Topping on the cake, one person told my husband that the tech was out till Wednesday when he called on Monday but when I called later that day they told me we were waiting on the part. So if the tech was out till Wednesday then why did they tell me originally, it would be done Monday? And why the inconsistent explanations. I would have had the car towed to a different Firestone had I known they didn't have the staff to cover it. I will be taking my car to the Aubrey location from here on out, no matter the distance.

Thank you for rescuing us when road debris got wedged under our car today. We appreciate the quick service and inspection to be sure nothing was damaged. You took us from panic to calm with great kindness!

I have tried to contact you several times to find out the status of my refund. The 380 store in Frisco had my car for over three months to fix an exhaust issue that they previously repaired. After three long months and several lies later stating they were waiting on part, taking it to other places to fix. They informed us two weeks ago they could not fix it and they were refunding us over 2000 back which was the cost of the repair. Now I still have not received my email. I have asked the area and the regional manager to call me back. No response now your customer service stated it will be another 48 hours until I hear from someone. I have already gone to the local media to see if they can assist with this complaint since I cannot get a response from your company. We are a family trying to survive and I need this money to get the car fixed correctly since this store is overpromised and under-delivered. I am going to every social media platform plus the news to get my voice heard. I was supposed to get an email to provide my bank information so I can get the money faster and I still have not received an email. We have been customers of Firestone for 30 years and this is the worst service I have received and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sad about how poor the customer service is and no one will listen to consumers.

This store is the worst store ever. The bunch of lies on professionals. They just try to sell your stuff. And then when you come back for the warranty. Is that playing with you and may not honest people at all? They're all a bunch of lies.From the manager, all the way to the bottom, they all lies.

Life time wheel alignment, 2nd time onwards you will hear number of excuses…..eg Manager not available, another day appointment etc etc

Rudy is the best asset to this facility. Very thorough in explanation of service. I just don't know why this store can't keep a manager?

I've been to this location twice to try and get an oil change the first time they closed 90 minutes early for an employee meeting even though the sign said they were going to be open for another 30 minutesTwo days later I walked in and was told because it's so close to Christmas they only do oil change by appointments they have nine bays to be working on cars and only two of them have cars safe to say I won't ever be coming back here again

They schedule appointments, but they can not take your car inside even though you waiting more than one hour.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I call three days prior to schedule my oil change for my Alfa Romeo, I show up to my APPOINTMENT at 8:54am. Stand up to see how close the job is to being done and see four young guys chatting it up around the campfire with my car in the same spot that I left it. It has been 1.5 hours and nobody confronted the customer that the job has not even been started.. the reason? "Parts take long to come in".. is that not the reason for the APPOINTMENT? To make sure your ready to go? And not informing the customer that the job has been started after an hour and a half? Most of us actually work and need to get to their job so definitely do not come here, this is not a service this is a hassle.

My one of the worst experience , I have taken my car to them , they just daiognised the car and said your car have one spark plug problem , then the very next day they said your car have gasket problem they said that’s it , and the very next day they said maybe your car had ignition problem and asked me to take it to other Firestone as they don’t have technition for it . They are saying they don’t have manager , the lady in the front desk she was saying do not come to fire stone if you want to argue with me , very negligent and charged me with 700 for doing nothing , my worst experience and suffered a lot . No one reply’s to me need to wait for long days .

Came in at 7:05 for a flat tire repair, waited 20 minutes for a tech to show up,Tech pulled my truck into the bay at 8 am. Pulled my truck back to the parking lot at 9 am. Did I mention I was the 1st customer here??9:30 Finally leaving 2.5 hours later..

They sold me the tire but just put the old tire in the back without telling me I would have to go I hto the dealer to replace my wheel and they didn’t know if the tire was any good . So I opened my trunk and that’s when I realized why they sold me a new tire and I no longer had a spare but a broken wheel and a flat tire.
