This store needs to be cleaned up!
And people at the register should be replaced asap. The most unprofessional and rude employees. Will never be back and would NOT recommend anyone to go there.

I came with the intention of getting my sister a Christmas gift and was looking around for a shoe she might like. I came across one and before I could turn around to ask for help someone was already scanning the shoe asking me what size I needed. She was very attentive, sweet, and helpful for the short amount of time I was in the store. Alexis went above and beyond as an employee and I will continue shop here

I went to the store and the guy at the register was talking and laughing with another customer that’s fine. He seen me and my daughter waiting and asked what size we needed my daughter said a 7. He kept talking and laughing with the other guy even after he was through helping him as we waited then got rude with us when another employee asked us for a size. Needless to say we walked out and will not be back.

If I could give 0 stars.. I would! Had to do an exchange for a smaller size and experienced the worst customer service ever from 2 employees “Giselle” and “Tyreek” first of all the shoes look like they have been worn already due to the marks and bottom of the shoes. Gisele acted like she didn’t want to be bothered as she could clearly see what I was talking about. These shoes were a gift and the paper that comes in the box had brown stains on it. When I asked her if she could switch the paper she basically tossed it on the counter making me replace it instead of just doing it. She called her associate Tyreek to come clean the shoes and apparently I was bothering him also. No apology or anything. Another associate that helped me the 1st time came over and basically tried to call me out from the fist visit bc the toe on one shoe was warped. I asked him “would you want to spend your hard earned money on a defective looking shoe?” He said to me.. “I wouldn’t buy those shoes anyway!”These associates are just plain rude and I see why they have horrible reviews. I work customer service at Dillards and would never treat anyone this way. Get some Better employees Finishline!I will never shop here in the future. There are better shoe stores in the mall

The guys here actually told me there’s no difference between running shoes and walking shoes. I’m glad I knew better!

Horrendous service in the store.. they do not like to deal with anybody who walks in there especially the females who work the register.. it is June 19 of 2023 at 5:00 PM. The two black females who are working the register are absolutely nasty women and they treat everyone disgustingly they do not show eye Contact and have rude rude behavior. … After getting horrible treatment I left and went somewhere else .

I don't know what anybody is saying because they were so nice and kind to everyone even this women who was trying to get a basketball they were so welcoming to her and they helped me find a pair of Jordan 5 with great service.I would recommend this place.

Don't go hear this place is horrible and they are so rude. It seems like they are always in a rush and you are bothering them. They are so lazy and don't even care to check or at least pretend to see if the size you need is in the back.

Worst store, we came in to buy multiple shoes. But every time we asked for help it seemed that we are bothering the staff, everyone acted entitled and not helpful at all. I will never buy here and ended up going to different stores and spent over $1500 on shoes for three of us.

Very bad customer service from Amber, it seems like she picked and choose who to be kind to. I went in respectfully but she gave me a weird look. Everytime I tried to speak she looked around as if I wasn’t talking to her but smiled at the other customers. Very sad , please do better or don’t put her at the register/in the front if she’s going to behave rudely .
