Fedex is already horrible then you have to go to this place cause you have no other choice and they have no idea how to even find the right size box. Told that my PC need to be shipped flat on its back but then was shipped flat on the front when the door of the PC can open and guess what? My PC CPU fan was shipped in pieces. In general you should never use FedEx but if you have to never EVER use this store. They hire people who know nothing about packaging with care or even how to listen to directions.

Beautiful location with kind staff EXCEPT Kris. What a nightmare of an encounter - rude, arrogant, and makes it your problem she struggles with a computer. See a lot of similar comments about her specifically.

The Customer service was terrible. Kris who works the counter was extremely rude and inattentive to my simple questions. When I asked for help with one of the workstations, she made it a point to tell me they close at 8 even though I was there long before that time and what I was doing would take no longer than 2 min.Then she didn't have the slightest clue on how to work their own computer, and was not able to navigate through the screens.This store used to be amazing long ago. I remember coming there to complete school assignments and finish print projects as a child and that memory is forever ruined. I will never be back to that location.

Not only unhelpful, but confusing. Office Depot has their stuff together. I will drive 20 miles out of my way to print there rather than visit a fed ex print location again.

I had a plan, downloaded in an auto cad format dwg. And the print specialist worked with me until perfection.....Never going anywhere else, customer service is amazing.
