This store was disappointing on Saturday November 23. There were 2 people working, actually only the lady was working . There was another guy that was standing around trying to look busy as the line started building. The guy finally decided to start helping since at this point the line was almost out the door. He helps me but not really. He tells me to go online to prefer the business cards. I asked for assistance and he said he cannot prefer to have them picked up at store. I have to prefer it online to get a discount. I then asked for guidance on ordering thru the app and he was so rude about it I just walked away. I have gotten help in June at the location in Denton. The guy there made the order and we picked up very quickly. That was the service I appreciate! This young boy wants to act like he doesn’t want to help anyone, whats the point of paying him to be there. He is a young white guy with brown hair and looks scrappy. Super lazy and did not want to help his co worker while she was working diligently. I will never support this behavior and would rather take my business elsewhere. I will drive further to another location or go to UPS store next time.

Nobody helps you. 1 person at register and 3 people behind the register. I stood at counter but no one helped

Every time I come here it's a bad experience. Staff is rude. A piece of paper taped to the door that they are closed in the middle of the day for no reason. Then today at 10 am they are "full" and not taking any more packages. Isn't that like the reason you here? To ship packages?

I went to this FedEx Office location to drop off my package, and they told me they were completely full. I honestly don’t understand how a drop-off location can be ‘full,’ but that’s what I was told. Every time I come to this particular FedEx, the customer service is terrible, and the staff seem uninterested in helping. The service here is consistently awful, and I would avoid this location if possible!

I walked into this business on a weekday afternoon and needed a print job completed immediately for a PTA event. Zeke and Tanesha were friendly and told me they would ask their manager if it was possible to complete the job. Ashley, their manager, came out to greet me and agreed to complete the print job. I was in and out of there- during a very busy time of day, in about 20 minutes. I was so appreciative to Zeke, Tanesha, and Ashley! They saves the day, for me!

Went in last Sunday and right off the bat the guy just had an attitude about him. Store was empty and I had an emergency so needed a passport mailed asap. I asked about overnight delivery and he quickly said Tuesday would be the earliest ok I get it and even tried to comment something to the effect of the drivers are really who determine if something is overnight. I was actually AGREEING with the guy but he was too caught up trying to over state he couldn’t get a pick up on Sunday to listen!! Worst customer service ever seriously get a different job if you’re this miserable.

I entered store 3 mins before closing at 7 today. The lady kept forcing me to get out the store. I just need 2 mins cuz I wanted some prints and she didn’t want me to access the printer inspite she already had a customer she is attending to. I understand people have to leave home but I didn’t need her help and she could have attended to her customer and closing. Worst service.

This location is ALWAYS super busy. ??Today, NATALIE (the supervisor at this location) was the only staff member on duty and she was SLAMMED!.. She handled every single customer with dignity and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I will continue coming to this location because they always put their customers above their 'bad days'.

At 1:47pm today I went to this specific location to drop off a pre-packaged and labeled envelope for 2nd day delivery. When I entered the location a woman employee there forced me to use their self-service scanner and I told her I wanted a person to actually handle it. She refused (and there were no other customers there either at the time). So I did that, it printed a receipt and I came home. Note that I was in that same exact location just over a month ago and there were two other customers there at a similar time of day and same day of the week and they didn't force me to use that self-service scanner. At 3:20pm my envelope still was NOT showing that it was in FedEx possession via FedEx Delivery Manager app and tracking.I had to GO BACK to that location with my receipt in hand. That same employee saw me walk in and during the entire time I was there entirely ignored me but now there were two other employees there. One of the other two asked what I needed and I told her: "I have a business critical package that I dropped off an hour and a half ago and I need my business partner, the recipient, to be able to validate via FedEx tracking that it is in your possession within the next 35 minutes." (now I'm upset, and I was already upset that I had to go back for this). The additional second employee, some guy, overhead this (note: not the original one from earlier this afternoon) and produced a package (an actual box) and I stated "No, that is not my package that that women (pointing at the original one from earlier this afternoon) forced me to scan my package with via self-service despite telling her I needed a person to scan it in instead." So, the same guy then produced a white FedEx envelope and I said "No, that's not mine either.". At this point the first additional employee, addressed me again and asked for my receipt. I was very upset (not yelling at all but being VERY forward and blunt that they have so far messed up) took my receipt and came back within half a minute with the actual envelope I dropped off. She then scanned it in herself and within half a minute or less FedEx Delivery Manager app on my phone showed that it was in FedEx possession. That original first employee was the problem. I told the other two (and so that the original employee could hear me too) that a month and a half ago I was in with the same need. That the self-service scanner was in place but that I needed an employee to handle my ready to go drop off and that that person was more than happy to help rather than forcing me to use their self-service station. I also told them, again, that their original co-worked 100% messed up. I went further and told them that there was absolutely no reason whatsoever that my package from earlier this afternoon using self-service scanner should NOT have registered within minutes after the fact; especially considering that the original employee then took my package.I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE AGAINST THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION AND THE SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE that failed to do her job and provide adequate customer service. This will include her direct reporting and leadership chain as well. DM's and RSM's: THIS MEANS YOU.The original employee from my first visit early this afternoon almost cost me $22,000 USD payment to me that otherwise would have been delayed until the next business day, Monday May 13.My recommendation: Do not accept a FedEx Office employee's insistence to use self-service when you have a critical or important business need. Stand your ground and tell them "No, you will handle this personally.". If you have to, tell them "It's part of your job." No matter what, ensure that your package shows up in FedEx Delivery Manager.. The maximum amount of time delay for that is less than five (5) minutes.

FedEx in general: requiring a government identification to ship things is way too invasive of privacy. Until this rule is removed I will ship with DHL or the Post Office thank you very much!

I was at this location this morning to get 9 copies made. I was there for over an hour. The poor lady working was doing her best considering she was all alone. I have run retail stores for over 30 years, customer service is always importantThe person in charge of running this store should hire more reliable people that show up to work. This location is conveniently located to where I live but next time I will make the drive to the Stonbriar location.
