I had the worst experience at this location. A driver note was left at my door about the location for pickup. I forgot the slip my 1st try but was willing to go home a get it as directed. Returning to the store with the slip and ID the pkg still would not be released to me. Stating I now need a tracking number. This was a problem bc I didn't order anything and couldn't figure where the pkg came from or how to get it. I was just making assumptions as to who would send me something. This is where the full problem started. The mgr and rep were so rude I was frustrated with going round and round as they taunted me with the pkg I couldn't have. Bottom line the customer service was deplorable. If they could have calmly explained the tracking number was embedded in the scan code on the driver's slip things would have been smoother. I will never visit this location again due to poor customer service and don't care attitude. I don't work for FedEx so I don't know what the process its. But if your paycheck says FedEx best thing to do is provide some standard of care and service

Excellent store. The staff helps you a lot and if the Latino doesn't know English, they have two people who help you with Spanish. I give it a 10 out of 10

If I could give negative stars I would. This is my second bad experience but I'll explain the second. I walk in to pickup a package and I'm standing behind customers. There are 2 people working the front at the moment, a young Caucasian male and a Hispanic woman with long hair(she has a horrible attitude and customer service, as I've encountered her before). The white male takes one set of customers and the other cashier takes the second.I was standing there for a while with no acknowledgment. I mentioned this because she acknowledged the customer she is currently working on when he was waiting in line. Anyway, I continue to stand there until another lady, the assistant manager( another Hispanic woman but with glasses) walks up and starts tapping on the register. They're speaking to each other about something on the register. Another customer walks in with papers in hand and the long haired fed ex worker asks her if she needs help and she walks right pass me right up to the register. I pause because I can't believe that she just called that customer to her register and I've been standing there for some time. I count to 3 because I was about to say that I was next but the assistant manager calls me over. I'm not in good spirits as I'm still thinking about what just happened. As I'm finishing up the assistant mgr says "Thank-You have a nice day" and I respond with the same message. Sounds like she says under her breath that I could at least smile. I turned around and said, "Excuse me?" she responds by saying "Oh nothing", not looking at me but looking at the register. Horrible customer service. I will never go to that location again.

I brought the originals that I needed copied at 3pm on a Thursday, and within 30 minutes they were all completed: this was a 60-page, two-sided print job. I was highly impressed with Damarys and her team in getting this done so quickly. You should bring your business-printing needs to this location.

Terrible customer service. I sent an order to them at 4:30pm on a Saturday and called them to see if they could get it done before they closed. Maria sounded like she was going to make it happen but then didnt. She also didn’t transfer my order to the Main St location like I asked so I could get it on Sunday so here I am with no business cards and need them by Monday morning.

This is the best FedEx I've done business with. I've been in this location several times for both business and personal. The Store Manager, Damarys (hope I spelled it right), is awesome! Her level of customer service is the incredible! She's so friendly, efficient, and goes above and beyond to help. She helped me with printing a project for my son for school, and I was blown away by the finished product. She deserves reconciliation, all of our business, and I'm gonna bring her a Starbucks coffee ???? I can't think of any other way to say thank you. She exemplifies what excellent customer service truly is!!

Damaryo was SO helpful. I was amazed at how she was able to help multiple customers at once while answering everyone's questions immediately. None of us even felt like we were waiting. She was patient and made sure she attended to everyone simultaneously with a smile on her face! How was she able to do that?? She's awesome and I'm going to use this location from now on because of her.

Mat has to be the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. You would think he knew me from somewhere when all I wanted to do was send a letter. I walked in at 5.57 and I was so glad to catch him because it was of utmost importance that I send the later today. There were two guys in front of me (two separate transactions), he didn’t say anything to me when I walked in but 3 mins later when it was exactly 6.00 he rudely asked what I wanted and I responded. He then told me I would have to come back the next they behe was closed then I asked why didn’t he tellme when I entered, he said “there’s a big schedule on the door of what time we close”. I responded, “but I got in before 6 and you could have told me as soon as I came in that you were close”. He said, “I’ll ship it”. Took him about 12 mins to finish the two transactions and after he let the last person out he ask “if you’re paying with credit card I’ll need you to get your driver’s license out”. I didn’t say anything because I knew what he wanted but I wasn’t going to jail tonight. He came to the register and asked me to “get my drivers license out” unless I’m using a fedex account. He added “let’s go, let’s go!” Then said, “the two people you don’t piss of is the person that handles your food and mail”. I asked if that was a threat and he said no. If he had said yes, I would have reacted to the way I always react to threats. He then charged me $50.30 for a letter to deliver in two days. I’ve been mailing through fedex for a long time and I’ve never been disrespected like that before. He had no problem with the last two guys but he did with me, I wonder if that’s because I’m a certain shade. I won’t be using fedex for anything ever again. I know I’m just one person but I’m not the first and I won’t be the last.

Excellent FedEx location with a very clean spacious store and very helpful employees. I have on several occasions used this location for packaging and overnight business shipping, as well as for personal shipping, and have been exceedingly pleased with the service experience each time.

This was the first time I have used the FedEx just moving here and I was greeted immediately by a young man named Austin, he helped me immensely as I had to FedEx some documents and I had no clue how to use the printer as I'm 75 years old as I know that's no excuse but he was so great. I had to go back the next day to do some more documents and there he was helping other customers and immediately greeted me so I highly recommend them compare to the other place down the shopping Strip

This is BY FAR THE BEST FedEx I have visited. I’m a mobile notary which requires me to daily ship documents off. The staff here are the most personable I have ever encountered. I will hold my packages until I make it back to this side of town because of their service. They are always so friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like a friend and not just a customer.

There was only one guy working when I went yesterday, and he was working three registers to make sure we weren’t all waiting forever. Somehow he managed to be upbeat and funny the whole time. To whoever you are, you are destined for greater things than FedEx!

Phenomenal experience working with Matteo and Rachel, they provided me with exactly the service I needed in the time I needed it. Do not waste your time turning right to UPS, choose the people at FedEx you can trust.
