Fantastic place for dog grooming. We have been bringing our Morkie for many years. The staff is very friendly, they do a great job on cleaning, trimming nails and hair care. The prices are reasonable.
The store is very well kept, neat and clean. They have a lot of organic foods/treats and great toys & accessories.

Andrés is a very kind, professional person and above all I treat my puppy as if it were his own. I gave him some specifications of the cut I wanted and so he did. I recommend it 100%.

We have brought our dogs Kiwi and Elie here since they opened and never missed an appointment. We forgot the other day that Elie was scheduled for a grooming. We called one hour and fifteen minutes after the scheduled time and asked if we could still bring her in. They said no and to reschedule we would be charged $25.00. We rescheduled for the next day and when I asked the groomer for consideration and explained that we were long time customers. She said she would ask her manager. She actually canceled our appointment without explanation. We have always tipped well and thought this was a good groomer. They have lost our trust, respect and business.

I have been bringing my three dogs to Earthwise Pet for about two years now. I have a german shepherd mix that tends to be a little nervous when he’s separated from me but Sydney always takes great care of him! My work schedule is erratic but the staff is always incredibly helpful with getting an appointment that works for us. I highly recommend bringing your pet here if you’re looking for great service and caring staff.

What a nightmare it is dealing with these people ! I rescued a dog and took him there for grooming, when he came back there was no difference, he was still stinking... so i provided feedback, when i took my other dog, they were sure this time to do it correctly but targeted me for the feedback from before. When i asked for the same groomer who did it correctly, the groomer manager was being so rude, racist, unprofessional and asked me to take my dog else where... It's your loss, not mine and i know you're treating me this way because of my race.

Andres has been grooming my baby for the last 5 years. He is an amazing groomer and an even better person. I don’t trust anyone else with her. Andres is really one in a million.

First I have used Earthwise for more than 2 1/2 years getting my Labsky Charlie groomed. I had an appointment to get him groomed Friday June 14, 2024 at 10:30 am. I received a call from Earthwise at 9:30 am on June 14th letting me know that the groomer was not comfortable grooming Charlie and they offered me a bath and brush (not acceptable) or a new appointment Tuesday the 18th with another groomer. I chose to find a new groomer due to the fact of last minute call and I did not feel they had my pet in his best interests. I hope management reads this and corrects the issue or they will lose other customers.

My 80 pound doodle saw Andres for the first time yesterday for his grooming. Andres and the staff and Earthwise were all so friendly and welcoming! Andres did an amazing job on our boy, and he looked adorable! We will definitely be returning on a schedule to see him! Thanks guys for taking care of us so well!!

Only grooming place I take my dog! My dog has had a lot of trouble with grooming in the past to the point we turned to cutting his hair at home for a while. We now live 30 minutes away from Earthwise and we still make the drive. Andres is such a considerate groomer, he gives my puppy a great cut even when he has mats. We trust nobody else other than him to cut his hair, so thankful for him. Highly recommend Andres!!
