Can I just say, the employee Cassy is AMAZING!! As soon as I walked in the vibes were amazing, everyone was so sweet! I was shopping for a friend and didn’t know much, so Cassy gave me a tour through the store, explained the products to me, and where they were from : ) Great experience at Earth Bound.

Customer service during my visit here was exceptionally well!!! I came to this location Friday (1-26-24) evening and bought 3 items. The lady who checked me out was so nice, took the tags off things for me, and threw out the huge stuffing that was in the bag I was buying. She deserves recognition and a raise!!!

Every time I go into this location I am warmly welcomed and greeted. The greatest thing about this store is that no one cares what your sexual orientation, gender, or ethnicity is! Everyone is welcome into the store to shop to their hearts content and the employees are always extremely helpful and resourceful. If you have any questions, they will surely have an answer! Their customer service is top tier, especially the way they handle difficult customers that may offend them. They are always super genuine, sweet, and overall amazing!

Oct 2 2023 @ 12:09My daughter and I walk into earthbound in Stonebriar Mall . Was never greater when we walk in. The his was one of the reason why we stopped shopping there. I couldn’t really tell if it was a man or woman that decided to tell us by when we were leaving. But couldn’t greet us when we walked in. Then when it decided to say by. I told it to keep his exit review to himself. It decided to continue to walk out the store aggressively speaking to me.Another why I will not spend money with this company

SALEM is the best sales associate I dropped most my wardrobe allowance here because I love earthbound AND Salem a rep there made my experience exceptional by by kind and patient with me and helping me select things I didn't even know I needed.

Visited this store for first time. Nice store with too many handmade collections.liked there T-shirt collection and they have katha stich blankets and all. Prices are reasonable. We liked some T-shirt but could not buy them as size were not available .

My husband gifted me some pretty big items from this store and crystals too. Upon opening I was immediately annoyed and had to ask him where the heck he even got all this trendy junk. One of the crystals were definitely inauthentic. Absolutely everything I was gifted was made in China. How are we guaranteed that they were paid fairly and working in safe conditions? I don't see any Fair Trade labels, or any info suggesting this company contributes towards sustainability. I feel this store is being advertised as "Earthy" to young people but is actually quite the opposite. Please reconsider before shopping here. There are so many wonderful companies changing the fashion industry for the better. I recommend Pact clothing, Mate the Label, People Tree, Coyuchi, Indigenous, etc. companies that give back to the Earth and are actually safe for you to wear.
