Just awful! Check your toll charges. I ended my rental and received a message saying I owe $751 in toll fees. I checked the tolls and the majority were on the complete opposite side of town from where I typically Uber. Many during in the very early morning (1am-5am) when I never did Uber. Then I check my Uber account to compare to the toll charges. In several instances Uber showed me in the complete opposite side of town. I asked Drive Sally to provide the invoice from the toll authority to prove that it was in fact the car I rented going through the tolls. They refuse and told me to check my Uber toll invoice. 1. Uber doesn't do toll invoices 2. What about the charges that occurred when I wasn't driving for Uber? They keep trying to run my card for fraudulent fees and when it doesn't go through threaten me with collections. Put it in collections! I'll dispute it as soon as it pops up and you'll STILL have to provide proof or it'll be removed. Oh in addition, there is never an employee available to talk to. Don't use road side service it will take 2-3 business days for them to resolve a flat tire. They have a decent business model but the execution, customer service and accountability are piss poor. They are frauds

I signed up for the uber rental program with Sally and when I got to the Frisco location I got Excellent service and Ricky took take care of me, he explained everything step by step and within 20 minutes I was set to go. Definitely recommend their services.

Got a car with stains on the back seat and on the carpet floor - I was able to clean myself but these are the renters responsibilities, not mine. Make sure you double check all stains/dents, take pictures and videos upon car pick-up. They won’t always tell you what’s wrong with the car .. a way to try to charge extra charges later. The car I rented also had an empty gas tank… but they expect us to return it full? Doesn’t sound fair at all.

I signed up for the program here through the Uber driver app, and was contacted by them once I was approved for the program. The best way to expedite this process is to download the DriveSally app as well, and enter your information, at which time you will receive a welcome text informing you of your next steps. It was a very simple process, then a small waiting period, and then they will contact you with vehicle availability in your market area. I personally had an amazing experience, from start to finish. The initial contact was with Clyde, and he kept me informed of the upcoming vehicle availability, the different packages along with their rates and included all available options and promos/ discounts in a clear concise manner that made it easy to digest and make the best decision based on what worked for me. There was no "sales pitch" and no pressure. It took about 2 weeks before I saw a vehicle that was a good fit for me, and I booked the reservation with Clyde, and it was an absolutely stress-free experience. No back and forth banter, simple and straightforward. Once my reservation was confirmed, I was patched over to the local point of contact at the dealership near me, named Ricky. Ricky picked up exactly where Clyde left off, there was not one drop in communication or swiftness of response, it felt seamless. Ricky was present and available for me when I requested an earlier pickup, and had everything processed and taken care of before I even arrived at the dealership. I am not kidding you, I was only there maybe 25 minutes, and that was only because I chatted him up a bit. He went over a few key points, allowed me to ask any questions I had, and then walked me out for a quick vehicle inspection. He showed me some of the important features of the car, and handed me the keys along with my important documents (registration, insurance) and I was on the road! The vehicle had been pre-loaded into the Uber app and all documents uploaded already so there was no delay in logging in and getting right to work! I have to say, from start to finish, this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. The vehicle I received is beautiful and spacious. All payments are processed through the app, and all support features are there for quick access. Would recommend this program to anyone and everyone considering commercial vehicle leases! Thank you Clyde, Ricky and DriveSally Kia!! You guys have a well-oiled machine and I am a happy customer, and intend to be one for the long run!
