Horrible experience. Only good thing was. I said yes to my dress. Other than that customer service was absolutely horrible and all there employees were very rude.

I was very dissatisfied with the service and selection! From the moment i walked in i was let down. The lady who checked me in for my appointment was not kind at all, i was on time for my appointment and had to walk around the store for 10 mins, when my stylist finally came the store didn’t have more than 1 size of 3 of the dresses i wanted to try on. My stylist didn’t help me find dresses i might e liked based on what i picked out and my family had to do her job for her helping my find styles and sizes, the dresses that were too big she didn’t clip and the overall experience for bridal and bridesmaids was very disappointing.

My experience with David’s Bridal was awful! Firstly they over booked themselves and had one stylist helping 4 different people at one time. Before the appointment they have you fill out this long questionnaire about what your dress style is so that your stylist can find you dresses in your exact style. They styles was rude and did not help me find my exact style, she body shamed me by telling me I was too big to fit in a certain style dress, on top of that the dresses that they do have you try on are very dirty and filled with other woman’s hair. I was only there for 20 minutes before I left and they just watched me walk out without asking me what happened. I will never buy from this place or recommend this place to my friends or family.

From start to finish every single employee in this location helped me. We had a quick turnaround needed and this seems just alone. Took my dress that had many many layers and had it ready for my second fitting the next day. Not that I plan to get married again but it's definitely a place I would recommend anyone going.

The alterations team was absolutely amazing! Not only did they make alterations to make my dress lovely, they spoke kindly and said things that only built up my confidence in my dress. I am extremely pleased and grateful!
