Terrible customer service over the phone, I tried to talk to discuss buying a car. I was asked to provide an email, I said that I prefer to talk by phone, the manager hung up in the middle of the conversation! ????

I just purchased a 2023 Aviator Reserve. This is my second Aviator! Beautiful and luxurious vehicle! Susan was so great to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and super nice. She knew exactly what I wanted. She found me the perfect new vehicle in their inventory. During the entire process, she was on top of everything! She gave every attention to detail. She went out of her way to make my buying experience fun, and exciting! Tony, the sales manager was great to work with, also. Very nice guy! For the last three years, I had my 2021 Aviator serviced at this dealership. I have had No issues! I highly recommend this dealership.

I went inside to look at buying a Honda and was totally ignored by the receptionist, sales staff and sales managers on duty. And then this condescending, arrogant salesman felt he had to put an elderly buyer in his place by insulting him further.

Not surprisingly, The only department adequately staffed is the sales department. A new recruit every time I take my car in for service. Short staffed, & inexperienced service advisors. They must be cutting corners. I tried calling the GM and not anyone there answering the phone either!! Based on this experience, I'll never get another Lincoln.

My salesman, Mr. Eddy, and my loan officer Miss Tammie were all very professional, patient and kind. If I have any more friends or new business, I will definitely introduce them to do it. ? They're really good ?

I worked with Susan Najjar at D McDavid Lincoln while shopping for an Aviator. She is conscientious, professional and knows the products very well. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend calling Susan. She will set you up in the right car for you and your family.

It has been extremely frustrating to achieve the level of service expected with the Lincoln Brand. We are hoping to find a dealer that lives up to the ideals portrayed/hopefully we can find that dealer in the metroplex, but it definitely is not McDavid Regards B Hanson It amazes me that we had an unbelievable rude customer service rep yesterday wi th our name and phone number could. It help us but as soon as a review goes up they automatically reach out. Unbelievable we've bought two cars from them and they could not find us in the system. Got my car back last night. Thanks to Ellie. She was very nice and did what she said she would. Got a follow up call this morning from the GM, Sonja. These two women have been wonderful to work with. Read all the one star reviews for the dealership and RUN AWAY from this dealership. We bought a Lincoln Aviator from here. Worst car purchase ever. This model has had an ongoing safety recall since we bought it due to the camera not working. Their service department is also a major disappointment. Do yourself a favor and buy your car from another dealership and do not buy the Lincoln Aviator.

I have a 2022 Black Label Aviator. So many recalls and the most horrible service I've ever had on any vehicle. I just want to be rid of it so tried to sell it to the dealer today. I was told no be ause of the recalls so of course I said fix them. The response was, "there is no fix" so we cant sell it. A one year old vehicle. DO NOT BUY A LINCOLN AND CERTAINLY NEVER FROM HERE. Matthew it is NOT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT!

My car has been at David Mc David Frisco for nearly 3 months for an AWD problem. The first time I brought it in for 1 month and finally it was fixed. Two days later the light was on again. I brought it back in for the same problem and they have kept it another 2 months and could not find the problem. Meantime, frisco had a huge hail storm. We all knew about it that morning and the rental that they gave me was tucked away nicely out of harm because I knew of the impending hail storm. But the cars at David Mc David were left out in the hail and all ruined. Mine was severely damaged. When I called about asking when the car would be ready, they happen (literally) to mention that my car had been beaten up by the hail and they would not be paying for it. So I am assuming I would have had to pay for both the rental and my car if my rental had been damaged? I wrote the GM and no answer. I called 4 times and no one called back. I continued to call and leave messages with supervisors, etc. but no one called back and no one cared. Four weeks later I finally called my service manager, who said he had called me and left a message to pick the car up as it was "ready". I told him I DID receive a message for him a week prior ..... But that is not what his voice mail said. He told me they tried another part but didn't want me to pick it up yet because they wanted to test it out first. Never got a call back. Now three months later, I have no car and still driving a rental. They are now saying that I can come pick it up but would NOT answer if it had been fixed. Now I have a beaten up hail storm car and three months later not sure it is fixed. On top of that he said it had been fixed for awhile ...Hmmm...wouldn't you think somebody would notice that it had not been picked up and CALL??? I know it is difficult in these days to be honest with your customers and to actually take the time to call them back. They went as far to say they had a call log and thought they had left a message. But they didn't...I know how to use an Iphone now...I have had 22 of them. I am disappointed and will not be buying another car from David Mc David...If you can't move the customers cars in or at least call them when the hail warning was 8 hours before the storm and let them decide, I don't think you are efficient enough to warrant anyone's business.

Michael never called me back for service to be done on my car. We got disconnected and I could not get him to call me back. So I contacted the service manager. He said he would take care of it. I never heard from him again either. It has been 3 weeks. I just wanted them to fix the error message on my dashboard. Michael said, they could not find the problem when it was there and I would need to bring it back, once they got a loaner that I could use. As we were finishing the call up, we got disconnected and I never heard from him again although I called several times. When I brought the car in the first time I could not get Michael to call me then back either and had to go to the GM name Toni who helped me out and got Michael to do his job, Toni this is the same non-communication happening again. I did not want to go to your level again, so I went to the service manager, after speaking with him he told me he would handle still have not heard anything back from him either. I am just wondering if all your customers are treated this way?

This dealership continues to amaze me that they are still in business. I have had nothing but problems and I continue to give them another chance! A Total disgrace for The Lincoln/ Ford brand!!

The experience at this dealership makes it clear why consumers hate the car buying experience. Mine started online and seemed in the beginning to go relatively well. Once physically at the dealership is where all of the time spent on line appears to have been a waste. Then to be told that all the financing was in place and simply required signatures. This could NOT have been further from the truth, as I sat in the dealership awaiting signing papers my alerts on my Experian account was going off like crazy at least 5 hits? I had already seen one from the prior day which I believed to be the one for secured financing. Not so, it appears all of this was being done on the fly after I arrived. Then when asked it was stated we are trying to secure you the best rate. My response was I accepted what was offered yesterday why are you still shopping my info and score all over the place. Blank look and I said the more you hit my score the more it's decreased.... Then oh your retired so we need 3 months of bank statements, yes by all means I drive around with those in my car all the time. Why were these not asked for yesterday? Naturally well I overlooked that???? Bottom this was potentially the worst dealership experience I have ever encountered in my 40 years of purchasing vehicles. Take goodness this was a 3rd car and not really needed, so I left the dealership never to darken a David McDavid Dealership again. My suggestion please avoid these dealerships at all cost.
