We were able to fine the light fixture we wanted easily; it was in the slot indicated on the ticket. The employees we spoke with were kind and helpful. The restroom was clean.

I needed a repair part for my Baldwin front door latch. They didn't have this obscure part in stock, but the lady called around and located the appropriate repair kit. This is my second visit to this location, and both experiences have been superb.
