Great experience selling silver coins and silverware. They pay slightly more than two other local shops. Also I appreciated that Tom spent the time to look up and validate the stamps on the silverware. Larger, professional outfit.

Brought in 2 gold chains and a rolex to sell the gentleman who looked at the rolex did not close the back right it appears to be cross threaded and not sitting flat and has a significant scratch and dent on the case back this watch was serviced last year by rolex and has sat in my safe since with no chance of it being damaged elsewhere, also i weighed the chains before taking them in there was a difference in 10 grams between the scale they used mine and the next shop that weighed them beware of this make sure you know the weight of your items before going in and inspect your watches before leaving the store

Originally just wanted to sell my Omega Constellation ladies watch (which I did) but ended up buying 2 watches as well . ?? Bought an 18K Piaget and a Diamond encrusted Link Tag Heuer. Sheila helped me throughout the process. They made a decent offer on my Omega and also gave me some discount on the watches. I also came back a month after to purchase a watch winder. Christian and Sheila are wonderful assisting my husband and even had his Speedmaster adjusted for free. Will definitely be back for more purchases. DGSE Frisco is really nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating .

Walked in to sell some old 14 and 18 k jewelry. Tom K was both extremely professional personable and honest. He evaluated the pieces with me and tested for purity explaining the process. Tom made a most generous offer, at least 20% more than his competitors! I can truly recommend these people if you want to be treated fairly and with the utmost respect. They also have some beautiful gold, diamonds and watches for sale. I will be back in the near future to purchase my wife’s and daughter’s birthday gifts, as I know I can trust them! Thanks Tom ! BTW Sean his associate was just as terrific!
