The pharmacist went above and beyond. I wish i got her name. She checked multiple CVS’s in the area for my prescription and called me to let me know they had one available. EXCELLENT customer service!!

I often find that most pharmacies open early in the morning, making it convenient for people to get their medications before heading to work. However, this pharmacy opens at 10 AM, which can be inconvenient for those who need their medications earlier in the day. The other comments about the store are mostly accurate, based on my multiple experiences here. I wish there were other pharmacists closer by, aside from Walmart, to provide some competition and hopefully improve the service at this pharmacy.

The head pharmacist is always super helpful with making sure I’m paying the right price for my prescription here. Haven’t seen any other CVS do that. The pharmacy tech Arthur is also always very kind when checking me out. Have to give a shoutout to the front store team member as well, Horacio. He really does everything he can to make sure you get out of there with what you need and is very patient with everyone.

Wish they advertise their pharmacy lunch break a little better. The staff in general has “i dont care” attitude.

The Store is super clean and the workers are friendly. I just don’t like how the workers stood behind me while I was checking out. It made me feel like I was being profiled for stealing. They did everybody like that tho. It was annoying. Why open self checkouts if you literally have to stand over somebody’s shoulder. This is the only location I’ve experienced this from

I would go nowhere else for my prescriptions, they are always ready on time when the text notifies me and Anita is the best person you can work with. She is caring of your needs and is always willing to help and put a smile on your face.

This CVS has been remodeled in the last few months. Unfortunately, it now only has self checkout. There also seems to be a lot less merchandise available since the remodeling.

I had a paid appointment for a Covid test at 11:30 and got there at 11:25. But they told me the system was broken. I'm upset they didn't tell me before I came. They said I could get my money back in 5-7 business days or go to a different CVS, but those places are too busy to take walk-ins. This was a really bad and annoying experience at CVS.

Waiting with the rest of the pharmacy staff for the pharmacist to arrive. Good thing they got clocked in and are getting paid. We as customers just get to wait on the unprofessional pharmacist. 20 minutes and counting.
