Was buying normal regular cough syrup and an employee named abitn racially discriminated me and my friend who are both above the age of 18. He asked to see ID for cough syrup and then makes a rude remark towards us because we are Indian and disregards our valid IDS. Horrible customer service guy was very racist

CVS has a violent and abusive employee at this store named Solatire, avoid this place at all costs. I placed a photo print order supposed to be ready by 2:20 PM. I went into the store at 3 PM but the prints were not ready. The Manager Kurt tried his best to help me but the printer was not working, I have handed Kurt a 20x24 card board picture holder and asked him not to roll the pictures into the tube but instead place them in the card board folder. Later I got a call from Kurt indicating the prints are ready to be picked up. I go in around 6 PM and Solatire pulled my order that were rolled in a tube to my dismay. I asked her what happened to my card board folder and she replies, " I don't care, I am not going to give this order to you". At this point I have told her that I already paid for the order and she cannot refuse delivery, I asked to see Kurt, the manager and she replied that he is not available and she herself is the Manager. She started getting verbally abusive as I was walking out of the store. I dropped the tube and left and she came chasing after me and started swearing at me and recording my car. I went back to ask why she is behaving so and she started hitting me with the picture tube. At this point I tried to record her behavior and she came at me physically. I left the store and reported the incident to the cops. I have been a customer of this store since its inception and never once had a problem or have been treated in a negative way. Very disappointed and shocked.

I bought a heat and cold pack with this CVS and the product was defective. Raise a case with CVS (CVS case no: S11040808) and received a call back mentioning that I can go and return the product without packaging. I went to the store the guys didn’t know how to return and ask me to come next week when the store manager is back. Horrible service !!!

I went here for ups drop off.. the customer service person available in the store named 'Solatire' was extremely rude to me. She turned a simple drop off communication into unnecessary verbal argument. And asked me to drop off my package else where and asked me to leave. When I said where is manager. She said she is the on duty manager at that moment. Which I do not buy.This is first time in my life I experienced something like this. I urge CVS to train their employees on how to treat customers. Never going to store again.

Gosh! After interacting with pharmacists in the store, I lost all confidence in corporate America. How can someone in store be so unprofessional and uncouth. Don’t they train their pharmacist on how to deal with customers. Even their corporate team could not do anything. Avoid at all cost.

Getting medication from this location has always been a hassle and me and my friend have been cheated out of orders we made through the website to this location. Ordered a 90 count (30 day supply) of meds and was told that it was ready, only to arrive and have them tell me that they didn't have it. I even saw them pick up the 90 count bottle and say they only had enough left for the 30 count (10 day supply). They keep trying to sell us the smaller amounts which in turn makes us pay more and it's infuriating. I HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES HERE if you want to be treated not only with respect for your time, but also respect as a human being. This location seriously needs to fix these issues.

I am very unsatisfied with pharmacy customer services. Extremely unorganized . Long lines . I am almost out of medications and still there is no answer what to do . They change doctor order for some medications too which I don’t understand. I am start thinking changing my pharmacy soon !

I can't thank the CVS Pharmacy team enough for their service. I arrived close to closing time, desperate to pick up my kids' urgent medication after leaving urgent care. Despite the late hour on a weekend, the entire team stayed to help us out. Special shoutout to Mansoor and Scott for going above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed. Their dedication and kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

I understand they are understaffed and busy. you need to be honest with your customers you cannot show all your work-related frustrations to common people.1)they always have trouble finding insurance though I have used one in the past week2)they always claim they did not get the prescription from the Doctor's office even after 2-3 days. When I call my Doctor's office they have confirmation that the pharmacy has received electronic proof3) If the price of medication with a coupon is almost close to the insurance price they try to skip going through the insurance and make you pay more. They want to save their time by complaining about insurance not going through which is a lie.Not all Pharmacists are bad some go beyond and above. All I wanted to communicate is please be honest. If you need more time/space please communicate. Please do not play your cheap tricks on us.

Having worked in a pharmacy for many years, I implore you to find a different place to do business. I feel like every time I visit, I end up frustrated! Poor customer service, ridiculously long waits, and inept staff.
