My wife was feeling ?. Booked an appointment. The nurse hiding in her office and closed the door. Didn’t want even acknowledge. Why do people work in jobs they hate? Minute clinic is useless with this type of attitude

They won't let you know if they have the medicine until you arrive. No calling to find out since they redirect to a big call center. Arrived and they didn't have the medicine that I already ordered. Horrible.

This is the worst experience in CVS.I got a schedule for depression treatment. But the doctor said she can’t handle depression treatment. Why can I take a reservation???How can she mean to the person who struggles with a depression???

I sat in line for 10 minutes to get pick up a prescription. Got up to the window and they shut the curtains after helping the lady in front of me to "go on a lunch break". I went inside and the inside window was closed as well. Super frustrating! I would think they would post something that wouldn't let people sit there for 10 minutes and then close in their face. I'm moving every one of my prescriptions to Market Street. They are cheaper anyway! I'm done with CVS.

Want to see a bunch of human sloths?? Come visit this CVS location in Frisco.Upon numerous occasions, I waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru line to take a Covid-19 test and also pick up a prescription. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. So frustrating.

ZERO *!! The employees at this CVS Pharmacy are incompetent, rude, and very unprofessional. Getting medications filled when promised is important, right? Try getting an Rx transferred from a non-CVS Pharmacy. What a nightmare! So, the bottom line is I gave up on this pharmacy and am going out of my way to get my prescriptions elsewhere. "CVS Cares".... hah!

I believe Kirt or kirk is the mans name that kept on answering the phone, but would only say hello and then just hang up. So I called back and he answered again and did not say anything. I had to say hello for him to say hello. I had to ask if it it was CVS because the answer of the call was so odd and unprofessional. And he then went on to say"can you hear me" to kind of make up for his lack of professionalism. I asked if a certain item was turned in and he did not even bother to ask when it was lost, he just assumed that it was day that I called and then proceeded to say no it was not turned it. It just felt like he did not really look, and is super lazy at his job.

CVS pharmacy takes so long they don’t care. They will have you sitting there for 45 minutes not talking to you or letting you know what’s going on until maybe you start getting really frustrated. I do not recommend this location to go get a Covid test whatsoever. You will be in line for almost an hour while they help others out.

The young lady working tonight was so sweet and helpful! She showed me a feature on the cvs app that I never knew about and it will save me so much time now that I know about it! Very nice. This is my fave store in the DfW area!

Had a terrible doctor. She didn’t know what she was doing. Had a cough, chills, headaches, throwing up, diarrhea, & she said to take musinex & Pepto. After 3 days, had to make another appointment with a REAL DOCTOR who prescribed a steroid, nose spray, inhaler, antibiotics & cough suppressant. Please know what you are doing if you are taking other people’s health into your own hands.

Went through the drive thru first, ans the woman said some nonsense about my insurance kicking back a claim. Called my insurance, and they didn't know what I was talking about. Then, I had to wait for after their lunch time, and then the other tech had the nerve to tell me they didn't have my insurance on file and had never filled the prescription for me before.I showed him a copy of my previous fulfilled claim, and he couldn't understand, and still was registered with my previous insurance from over half a year ago. He reied to make me buy the expensive brand name product under no insurance. I lost my place for another job because of the ineptitude of this store.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I called two days ago about getting a prescription transferred, the First Lady who answered was very rude, was rushing me, and just did not seem to care at all. She TOLD me that she would call my pharmacy and send me a text…never got it. So, I called a second time today and apparently I was never put “on file” in their system. The Second Lady was not professional or courteous when speaking to me. She told me she would call my current pharmacy, but when I asked how CVS would contact me, she just hangs up on me.. no thank you or goodbye. Not impressed.
