They close for lunch daily. A women opens the window to ask me to move because a buzzer is going off inside. I move one medicine is not ready. They say come back in 30 minutes. I comeback in 35 it's still not read. Since I'm in the drive thru. Drive back around and wait another 20 minute. I think CVS is doomed to fail and people should find a better place to get good service.

Location is good! They just need more help. If you don't pick up your prescription in 48 hours, they stock and you must get a new prescription. Really dissatisfied to have to find a new pharmacy. They just don't have enough help!

This CVS is always helpful. They have all the products I need. This Store is not cluttered like I have seen in other CVS’s. We thank you for that.

Waited 30 minutes for vaccination. I was on time for my appointment. Saturdays appear to be very busy times for the pharmacist. Very kind and professional staff. Outgoing and pleasant pharmacist.

I am usually not one to complain, nor leave bad reviews. But after a phone call from the pharmacy, I've decided to change that. Basically I get an increase in dosage in one of my medications, and there was an issue with insurance. Now the problem really was the person who called. I have not paid for prescriptions in about 6 months since meeting my out of pocket max, so when they called and told me that the new dosage was very expensive, I was confused. I asked if it was covered by insurance and the man said yes, so theoretically I wouldn't have to pay. Well apparently that made him very upset. He was extremely rude and kept arguing with me about something so small. when I was simply confused and needed it explained, instead of doing the easy thing and saying the insurance only covers partial, he instead told me I don't know what I'm talking about, and started talking to me and kind of berating me like I was a child. I get it they are busy and cvs is sometimes stressful, but I would never talk to any of my customers like that, I'm not sure why cvs does. Will be going to a different pharmacy for now on, I suggest you do the same

Been going to this place over an year now, I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend using the CVS mobile app for prescription order and tracking - it makes the process lot easier.

Very poor customer service. They don't listen to the customer's problem phased by their automated system about what went wrong instead they just want us to listen them only. Not accepting their mistakes by automated phone system problems and misdirection

They gave me 10 times the dosage of the medication I take for dizziness. I’ve be unexplainably super sick for 4 days, and had to miss 3 days of work. They were very unapologetic and unprofessional about their mistake.

Wanted to give 0 stars. PLEASE REMOVE THE NEW VOICE MESSAGE FOR PHARMACY TEAM. Staff in every CVS is backed up with prescriptions. You cannot have them sit and listen to voicemails every day. This is delaying care process. Systems at other cvs with manual response is working well. Please convert this location pharmacy call response to manual instead of voice mail.

Attention to the CEO of CVS, your company is not very customer focused. My family member uses the same critical drugs for her survival over the last several years, CVS put them back on the shelf because didn't immediately come get them in your timeline.Get some data Analytics to help you, get a better pattern of people.No company is above caring about their own customers health... btw - 50 days of above 100 degrees the news warning everyone about health risk.But when we finally get through you 20 minute wait line, you disclose the bad news, you will have to wait an hour, and come back......

I've never received better service in a pharmacy. I'd been in the ER all afternoon with a family member and was exhausted. "How long for this prescription to be filled?" was my question, expecting '2 hours,' or 'tomorrow'.Nope. 15-20 minutes. And they delivered. Austin (staff member) was so kind to me, as was the pharmacist. They were all working so unbelievably hard while being courteous, pleasant and efficient. Truly amazed and grateful. Thank you!

id rather run into a moving truck then deal with CVS pharmacy. The people who work for CVS/ created the call system should be fired. Trash employees. The lady we spoke to over the phone was sitting on her hands for 45 minutes, when we had 3 different doctors send her a prescription and she lost all 3. Then is crying over the phone talking about she doesn’t like the way she’s being treated. When it took 30+ minutes just to get on a phone. Y’all have 2.5 and 1.5 review rate, the people yall hiring obviously aren’t the most qualified because out of 5 customers coming into the pharmacy only 2 leave happy. CVS is trash we are onto hour 5 of waiting for the prescription, the lady is still probably sitting on hands looking into the distant wondering how she finessed her way into a high paying job.:)

Horrible customer service experience! When dropping off my husband's prescription @2p to be filled we were told "it'll be awhile, come back before 10p", when I asked for a quote of how much it would be I was told "we won't know until we fill it" (btw I have no insurance so the cost would not change) I have tried calling to get the RX # to use the automated system and can not get through to a real person. The system says to leave a voicemail, which I have, and have not received a call at all. They are "too busy" to give the proper care to their customers. Ridiculous! I will never go to a CVS ever again.

I had to return a few items that we ended up not using. I used a debit card to purchase. I had the receipt and items were not used. He refused to give me my money back on the original payment. He only offered a gift card. It had only been 2 days since the purchase. Needless to say I will not return to this location.Ikram is a thief as a employee. Do not give them your money. Also CVS customer service is a joke. No help at all. I will be reaching out to corporate.
