The CVS located at 7230 Preston Road in Frisco Texas is always on point. The staff is courteous and helpful. The weekly specials are nice to have, of course. The selection of products is outstanding. CVS deserves 5 stars. Being open 24 hours is extremely helpful.

I never leave complaints about service but, this is the worst pharmacy team ever and it’s been years of mistakes and issues so I felt compelled to make others aware.
- never get the insurance correct
- put “take one every morning” on a sleeping pill
- put take in PM on a medication that was to be taken in the am
- does not process coupons
- I have been over charged several times
You can not talk to the pharmacy by phone it’s a rediculous system that takes minutes just to get to where you can leave a voicemail.(good luck getting a call back)
Years ago following a major surgy my doctor prescribed two different pain meds for 24 hours to be taken tighter. The pharmacist took it upon himself (in this case) to only fill on saying “your doctor must have changed his mind”
Very dangerous pharmacy be careful read your prescription and compare to your doctors orders.

Horrible customer service (mostly the drive thru pickup). Not recommended, you probably have enough time to watch a movie while waiting for them to come to the window.

Mahsima is one of the best pharmacy staff members I've ever encountered. She diligently worked on my prescription, which was quite expensive, and spent a considerable amount of time fixing my Good RX discount code for me. I've never seen someone be so kind and thoughtful towards a new customer. I will definitely make this CVS pharmacy my default choice.
I'm going to increase my rating to five star because of my new experience.

They close for lunch daily. A women opens the window to ask me to move because a buzzer is going off inside. I move one medicine is not ready. They say come back in 30 minutes. I comeback in 35 it's still not read. Since I'm in the drive thru. Drive back around and wait another 20 minute. I think CVS is doomed to fail and people should find a better place to get good service.

Location is good! They just need more help. If you don't pick up your prescription in 48 hours, they stock and you must get a new prescription. Really dissatisfied to have to find a new pharmacy. They just don't have enough help!

Waited 30 minutes for vaccination. I was on time for my appointment. Saturdays appear to be very busy times for the pharmacist. Very kind and professional staff. Outgoing and pleasant pharmacist.

I am usually not one to complain, nor leave bad reviews. But after a phone call from the pharmacy, I've decided to change that. Basically I get an increase in dosage in one of my medications, and there was an issue with insurance. Now the problem really was the person who called. I have not paid for prescriptions in about 6 months since meeting my out of pocket max, so when they called and told me that the new dosage was very expensive, I was confused. I asked if it was covered by insurance and the man said yes, so theoretically I wouldn't have to pay. Well apparently that made him very upset. He was extremely rude and kept arguing with me about something so small. when I was simply confused and needed it explained, instead of doing the easy thing and saying the insurance only covers partial, he instead told me I don't know what I'm talking about, and started talking to me and kind of berating me like I was a child. I get it they are busy and cvs is sometimes stressful, but I would never talk to any of my customers like that, I'm not sure why cvs does. Will be going to a different pharmacy for now on, I suggest you do the same

Been going to this place over an year now, I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend using the CVS mobile app for prescription order and tracking - it makes the process lot easier.
