I came here to make a purchase and I had the worse experience with the manager samatha is the worse manager I ever had to deal in a cvs, she threat to suspend my account because me and my husband have an account with cvs, I will definitely never come back here and please don't waste your time too, instead go to the cvs on 423 and 380 they have the best crew there

Worst CVs /pharmacy in the whole Frisco/ Plano area. They should close this location or get the staff fired.1. Calls : either the associate hang up on you or expect to be on hold for over an hour.2. When you visit the location they don’t even acknowledge your presence.3 rude treatment and poor communication from the staff. The pharmacist is very condescending.4 drive thru is even worst. You can expect to be there over 30 minutes.This place should have been close a long time ago.

I've always had bad customer service at this location. Its a Sunday at 5:30pm and they are closed, yet Walgreens and every other pharmacy is currently open. Also, this particular location has one particular pharmacy worker who is adamant about leaving exactly when the clock turns. doesn't matter if you've been sitting in line before closing time or they have acknowledged you sitting there, they flat out close the drive through window on your face and say "ya no, we're closed". I've never had so many customer service issues with a drive thru pharmacy than the one I'm Frisco on Stonebrook and 423. super rude and inconsiderate workers. Zero empathy

Dumb dumb workers. Lied to my husband but called him a liar bc they don't understand insurance. Wow. Just wow. Go to any other CVS pharmacy if you can! Save yourself the trouble and headaches.

Don’t bother trying to reach the pharmacy. They have their system set up to send you automatically to voicemail. So even if you have Covid you have to physically walk in to check the status of any prescriptions.

When I call cvs I'm on hold for at least 20-45 min! The pharmacy does not have enough ppl working. With the growth in this area you would think the pharmacy would plan for that Going into the store the first thing you notice is the empty shelves. It's really not a place I want to go to but the other cvs store is the same.

They have "lost" a prescription more than once. This last time, I got a notification that a medicine I've been desperately waiting on and has been back ordered was ready. Drive up there and they spend 15mins looking just to tell me--- nope! Meds still aren't there. Jerked me around for nothing, not to mention I still really need the medication.

This place sucks beyond imagination. It’s a torture. The next door Walmart pharmacy is so much better. Had to shift to CVS due to insurance change. But every experience with this location in past 6 months has been horrible.\\n\\nDoctor sent prescription to this location yesterday. I called yesterday after couple of hours and the IVR said prescription will be ready by 11 AM on 1/25 (today). I pressed 1 to indicate I need it sooner. It’s 4:30 PM on 1/25 now and the prescription is still not ready.\\nGood luck with trying to get through to someone working on the store. They have IVR configured to torture you.\\nI hope this place closes down.

TERRIBLE pharmacy. If Curtis Zee (the store manager) doesn't get this place in check then it will be the worst CVS on 423. Bridget in pharmacy might be the rudest woman I've ever come across in customer service. We waited 45 minutes for a Covid vaccine and was never seen. We showed Bridget our check in notice on our CVS app and she didn't say a word but just called in the next person. Everyone in line dropped their jaw and we walked out. Absolutely unacceptable.

Pharmacy treats customers like cattle...in a branding line. Lines are forever long, they don't care, and treat you like it. They never are helpful with PA's or switching from one generic to another to save $$. There are 4 pharmacies within 2 miles. Strongly recommend trying a different store, unless you enjoy waiting on line, paying high prices, and being treated like a sheep.
